🇰🇷韓國最古老的酒🍶

馬格利酒是韓國最古老的酒精飲料. 歷史記載韓國人🎎自高麗王朝 ( 918-1392)開始就開始喝馬格利酒. 事實是, 在當時馬格利酒幾乎是最廣泛的被飲用的酒精飲料. 著名已故文學家李奎報, 甚至以酒為名寫了一首詩歌, 他在未成為狀元前唯一喝得起的酒, 卻在升官之後失去了享用該飲料的自由.

與許多古老的文化一樣, 飲酒也被社會地位嚴厲的限制了. 而馬格利酒是一種廉價的酒, 而且是用一般農民家庭剩餘的乾糧做成. 由於馬格利酒的低酒精含量而帶點清爽的有氣飲料. 即使在現在的社會, 農夫🧑‍🌾還是習慣在從事繁重的農業勞動後, 喝上一杯馬格利酒.

Osmanthus is a popular ingredient used in Chinese dessert for over a century. It has a unique floral fragrance, and it is widely used in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to help reduce headache. The fragrance and taste complements our homemade Doburoku 🍶 (Japanese Cloudy Sake).

No chemicals or preservatives added. It’s all natural. Please PM if interested.

Makgeolli’s number was almost punched. In the 1980s, the fizzy, tangy-sweet rice wine lost its status as South Korea’s 🇰🇷 favourite 🥰alcohol 🍶 . The materials used for preparation of makgeolli include sweet rice 🍚 , barley, wheat, and malt grains.

Makgeolli is very nutritious and contains 80% water and 6–8% alcohol. Makgeolli is unfiltered and thus contains high levels of lactic acid and lactobacillus bacteria, at the level found in yoghurt. It also contains dietary fibre. This aids digestion, improves immune 🤧function and slows the aging process. Freshly made 🧉 Makgeolli could be kept in the fridge up to 3 weeks.

Benefit of consume adequate amount of sake:

1. Prevent Osteoporosis. Amino acids in Sake (e.g. Valine, Leucine and Isoleucine) helps recover and build skeletal muscle, preventing osteoporosis. Also, Koji, one of the main ingredients of Sake, has 5 types of Cathepsin-L inhibitors which help prevent osteoporosis.

2. Prevent High Blood Pressure. High blood pressure, or hypertension, can lead to Cerebrovascular diseases such as strokes, angina and heart attacks. Sake has 9 types of peptides (Sake itself 3 types and Sake lees 6 types) that inhibit the enzymes which, if activated in excess, cause high blood pressure.

3. Prevent Allergies. Drinking: Sake and Koji contain 5 types of substances that inhibit the enzyme called Cathepsin B [12], the main cause of an allergy. Thus, moderate intake of Sake may prevent allergies from pollen, food and house dust mites.

4. Anti-aging. Sake contains antioxidants called Ferulic acids, possibly having an anti-aging effect. Ferulic acids in Sake are a powerful UV light absorber, preventing skin aging.
What’s more, ferulic acids are a powerful antioxidant. Drinking Sake will inhibit Lipid Peroxidation, helping you retain youthful skin.
