F&B business is not an easy job and yet we are passionate about this. The reason for this is to spread the goodness and nourished our Nyonya food to more people. Take our signature Nyonya Laksa as an example, there’s a lot of ingredients we use to blend out a delicious Laksa broth such as cili kering, bawang besar, bawang kecil, lengkuas, kunyit, ketumbah, serai, and daun kesum. All this ingredients then Blend together and mix with prawn & chicken soup and boil over 2 hour before santan is add in. Is a 4-5 hour cooking process to make a succulent Nyonya Laksa.

罗勒籽，学名兰香子或明列子。它原产于印度，人们也经常叫做奇异子或珍珠果是一种带来健康及体力和耐力的食物。很多人喜欢用它来泡饮料一起喝，大小如芝麻，入口即可吞下，滑溜溜的口感，深得人们的喜爱。

1、增加饱腹感
罗勒籽接触水或体内消化液、种子表面的多糖类不溶性食物纤维，吸水后膨胀起来，可以抑制空腹感，从而使人减少热量及多余食物的摄取，增加饱足感。
2、改善皮肤和便秘
罗勒籽中含有丰富的食物纤维，可以减少食物与肠壁接触的机会、刺激肠壁肌肉的蠕动、活化肠道代谢机能、避免粪便里的毒素和宿便等废物在体内囤积过久，帮助排毒，改善皮肤。
3、抑制血糖上升

Thanks to our friends for supporting us during weekend on our new cafe BA&NYA Heritage. The mat Salleh finish the whole bowl of Laksa including the gravy. 🤭. In fact, others photo also the same, plates and bowls licin. 😂, that’s give us the motivation to maintain our highest food standard. Is very satisfactory to see our relative, friends and customers enjoying the food that prepared by us.

Pork free Nyonya Cuisane menu based on traditional family recipes that have passed down from generation to generation with 80 years of history. Over the years, we have improvised to suite the taste bud of people from all walks of life, but the taste remains the same as we have maintained the spices and special ingredients for many years, just like the old days!
