Continued phone calls while ago from a customer whom I last met in 2018 , she is in Kulai, and was puzzled why she kept calling me over the phone when mostly would just WhatsApp me.

Picked her call up and the first question she asked was if she can get an appt for her daughter who having severe hair drop at my soonest available slot. Can sense some urgency and panic in her voice.

Back in the year 2018, I did one hair care session for her daughter when I was a freelancer, so I able to immediately recall who she’s referring to immediately.

While talking to her, she mentioned that - the daughter gets so stressed with her hair drop issues to the extent she cried and told her mom that, her hair was good when it was under my care.

my heart shrank when I heard this, young girl crying for her hair drop, can truly feel the trauma she’s going through,

no girls should go through the pain of seeing their hair dropping severely at a very tender age,

Looking forward to her hair care session next week.

My heart somehow feels heavy after talking to her, and I can’t wait to meet the small girl.

Sending my tresses to is been my practice on every of my birthday month since 2020, and in 2023, I put it black and white as my memories.

What motivated me to do this?

Lost 2 beautiful souls in family due to cancer, thus I knew the pain to go thru it, at that point of life, I couldn’t do much for 2 of them, can only stand aside and watch them going thru the sufferings, even not I couldn’t do much neither but I hope my healthy hair will be of great use for some of them.

I knew many will ask, why on earth do you cut your hair? all I can tell them is, I didn’t cut for nothing, I cut to donate for the needy.

Random post💚

On this special day, I would like to share how yoga change my life and the way I perceive life and people now compared to few years back.

In 2020, I had to go thru a minor operation while the whole world is locked up due to covid.

I had to go thru this small operation as I been suffering with excruciating pain during our very first MCO in 2020 (cutting story short here, else wil be very lengthy).

and in 2021, I had to go thru 2nd operation again for the same issue and this got me frustrated, like, of all the person , I took care of my health but still why I needed to go thru all the negative stuffs, and upon the 2nd OP and while being useless at home during 2nd MCO in 2021, I came across master Jey yoga video in Tik Tok, while going thru his videos, something made me to enquire if he teaching any virtual class (2021 as the year where virtual classes were on its peak) and master immediately said yes and allowed me to join his virtual group classes, and that’s how my journey in yoga started, once MCO ENDED IN 2022, I got busy again and requested him to allow me to take virtual personal class in early morning (as early as 5.30am) and he agreed (I truly thankful to him for this, coz who wants to up at 5am for class, but he does) and the rest is history.

With frequent practice, as my yoga asana as tailored in accordance to my health issue , even Dr suprised with my progress, trust me before yoga, I had to go thru my monthly check and as I my practice, my monthly check up then became trimonthly , and it has now progressed to once in a year check up.

Last but not least, I can only conclude that, Yoga had its own magic but you need to clear your mind and soul first in order for you to receive that magic, you need to be clear on what your want and let the magic unfold by itself.

Happy International Yoga day everyone and to my yoga master my pranam to you master and thank you for guiding me in this journey.
