【马六甲捐贈紙尿布和乾糧 MELAKA DISTRIBUTION OF FOOD AND DIAPERS】

This time we distributed food as well as diapers and it was a complete success! We have donated RM3,472.35 worth of dry food that includes rice, Milo, instant noodles, biscuits, bihun and etc, as well as some diapers special requested by the home. Hope the small effort of ours can help to ease the lives of the people in need.

我们这一次的慈善活动送出了干粮和一些紙尿布！总共送出了 RM3,472.35 的干粮包，里面包括米、美禄、快熟面、饼干和米粉等，還有他們特別要求的紙尿布。希望我们的棉力可以给这些有需要的人们减轻一些生活上的负担。

【马六甲分派饭盒和干粮 MELAKA DISTRIBUTION OF MEAL BOXES AND FOOD】

This time we distributed meal boxes as well as some dry food and it was a complete success! We have given out 300 boxes of food that costs a total of RM1,200. Besides that, we also donated RM2,104.20 worth of dry food that includes rice, Milo, instant noodles, biscuits, bihun and etc. Hope the small effort of ours can help to ease the lives of the people in need.

我们这一次的慈善活动除了送出了干粮也派送了熟食饭盒！总共派送了300盒总值RM1200的饭盒，也送出了 RM2,104.20 的干粮包，里面包括米、美禄、快熟面、饼干和米粉等。希望我们的棉力可以给这些有需要的人们减轻一些生活上的负担。

【马六甲食物银行 MELAKA FOOD BANK 2】
我们将会在以下时间地址设有为期1天的食物银行，希望可以帮助到一些有需要的人和家庭。
我们准备的食物都是Halal的，所以各种族 宗教 肤色有需要的大家都可以前来领取。
如果有人知道任何有需要但是行动不便的人士可以联系我们，我们会尽量安排帮助。
日期：6月7号（星期二）

"My salary is RM2500, do I qualify to buy a house? "

Many WhatsApp and call me to know the price of affordable houses based on their salary. So let's learn together to calculate qualifications. At least if you got a raise, you already know how to calculate your eligibility.

RULES OF 200:
👉 Monthly installment payments should not exceed 35% of your gross salary because you still need extra salary for monthly expenses.
👉 Use Formula :
𝐀𝐍𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐀𝐍 𝐁𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐍 𝐱 𝟐𝟎𝟎 = 𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐆𝐀 𝐌𝐀𝐊𝐒𝐈𝐌𝐔𝐌 𝐑𝐔𝐌𝐀𝐇

👉 Example: Gross Salary RM1800 x 35% = RM630 (monthly installment)
RM630 x 200 = RM126,000

The maximum price of a house that can be bought if your salary is RM1800 is RM126,000 😀

Rule of 200 can help you to get the maximum house price estimate and monthly installment estimate, but to get a loan you need to deal with the bank 😆

Each bank has different criteria according to what has been set.

📌Remember, salary amount does not necessarily determine graduation. What was the reason? Commitments are different for each individual and there are many other factors that count!! ❤️
