Kelupis is glutinous rice wrapped in nyirik leave. Kelupis has a slightly salty taste combined with the creamy taste of coconut milk and fragrance of pandan. It could be eaten by itself or paired with your favourite dishes such as curry, rendang, serunding or peanut sauce (kuah kacang). Kelupis is usually serve during wedding ceremonies and feast.
