Taking a minute to show my gratitude to all of you who supported my little home brew. Thank you for letting me share this unique beverage with you. It been so rewarding and exciting to share kombucha with you all, from exploring flavours to sharing tips and even helping some of you start your own brewing. Life is getting busier and balancing all the aspects are getting challenging hence the postings are far and few but I wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you for the support! Covid and the last few years have been challenging and no doubt normalcy will not be the same but remember to take care of your physical and mental health, make time for yourself. Was a little late posting our menu for next week but it’s up. We are bringing back watermelon with a dash of strawberry along with other favourites. Menu is in our story, happy Sunday!!!

Trying out some butterfly blue pea brew 70/30 green tea blend for first fermentation and sake/ soju for 2nd fermentation. Not for sale but might be sending them out to our customers who ordered this week.

The best apart of brewing besides enjoying the final product is experimenting to see what works and what doesn’t. We have failed before but they failure is how you learn and grow. We are not just talking about kombucha.

Pineapple Strawberry Samboi, an experimental flavors is now our personal favourite of all the flavors we have created. You have got to try this and 1 bottle is definitely not enough.
