🥣 Flour!
In measuring flour, you will stir the flour and spoon it in a measuring cup. After that you’ll sweep of the excess off the top with a flat nice.
🥣 Sugar!
The way you measure your flour is the same way you will measure your granulated sugar! Spoon it and sweep it.
🥣 Sticky ingredients!
This refers to ingredients such as corn syrup or honey which can be very sticky when measuring process is occur.
🥣 Small ingredients?
Having trouble determining how much of vanilla extract or baking powder you should put in your batter? Try using a measuring spoon. For small dry ingredients, dip the measuring spoon until it heaps and sweep the excess with a flat edge tool. For small liquid ingredient, fill the spoon to the rim.

Tart Crust 🥧
1. In a food processor combine flour and cold butter and pulse several times to mix. Do not overmix.

2. Add ice water, and salt and pulse several times. The mixture is ready if when you pinch some of the crumbly dough together with your fingers, it holds together.

3. Turn the dough into a ball and wrap it with plastic. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Cheese Filling 🧀
1. Place cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, cheddar cheese, yogurt, granulated sugar, and milk into the pot.

2. Cook on medium heat until cheese has melted, stirring frequently. Then turn off the heat and add an egg yolk and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
