Setinggi-tinggi penghargaan dan terima kasih kepada pihak pengurusan UTM Kampus Pagoh atas usaha dan komitmen mereka dalam menjayakan program Bengkel Pemantapan dan Motivasi Staf 2024.

Program yang dikendalikan oleh Dr. Zulfikar bin Ahmad, Pengarah Pusat Perkhidmatan Psikologi & Kaunseling UTM ini memfokuskan tema 'work life balance'. Ia bukan sahaja memberikan staf peluang untuk meningkatkan kemahiran dan motivasi kerja, tetapi juga membolehkan staf berinteraksi dan berkongsi pengalaman sesama rakan sekerja.

Semoga program seperti ini akan terus diadakan pada masa hadapan untuk manfaat semua staf.

Our highest appreciation and gratitude to the management of UTM Pagoh Campus for their efforts and commitment in making the 2024 Staff Empowerment and Motivation Workshop a success.

The program, conducted by Dr. Zulfikar bin Ahmad, Director of the UTM Psychological & Counseling Services Center, focused on the theme of 'work-life balance'. Cara Efektif Pembajaan Anak Pokok Cili dengan Baja AB

Menjaga anak pokok cili memerlukan perhatian khusus, terutama dalam hal pembajaan. Pada awal pertumbuhan, mulai dari hari pertama selepas percambahan hingga usia 14 hari, anak pokok hanya memerlukan air kosong. Ini kerana medium semaian peatmoss sudah cukup untuk menyediakan semua nutrien yang diperlukan pada tahap ini.

Namun, bermula hari ke-15, tips untuk pokok cili yang subur adalah memperkenalkan dengan baja AB. Mulakan dengan kepekatan rendah iaitu EC 0.5, kemudian tingkatkan secara beransur-ansur sehingga pokok mencapai usia 30 hari. Pada ketika ini, anak pokok sudah siap dipindahkan ke tapak semaian.

Kaedah yang paling efektif untuk memberikan baja AB adalah melalui rendaman dalam kolam takungan. Teknik ini memastikan setiap anak pokok mendapat nutrien yang mencukupi, menjadikannya lebih kuat dan bersedia untuk fasa pertumbuhan seterusnya. Anak pokok yang sihat adalah kunci kepada hasil tanaman cili yang berkualiti tinggi.

On Wednesday, May 29, 2024, the 'Kursus Penulisan Jurnal Artikel dan Review Paper' was conducted at the ICA UTM Pagoh Campus. The event was attended by 25 participants, including Research Officers, Assistant Research Officers, and Assistant Science Officers from the ICA.

The course was facilitated by the esteemed Prof. Dr. Mohd Shahir Shamsir Omar from the Faculty of Science, who shared his invaluable expertise on writing journal articles and review papers. The participants expressed their sincere appreciation for his engaging and informative sessions. The program was moderated by Dr. Raihana Ridzuan, a Research Fellow at ICA, who ensured the smooth flow of the proceedings and fostered an interactive learning environment.

We hope that such beneficial programs would continue to be organized, further enhancing our researchers skills and contributing to the advancement of research at ICA UTM.
