JOB DESCRIPTION

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
As an Accounts Executive, you'll need to ensure accurate and timely financial closing and review of accounts.

Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for the full set of accounts, including AP & AR processes, GL, account reconciliation, and so on.
• Support the sales process by preparing invoices and issuing debit and credit notes, among other tasks.
• Handle daily accounting work such as maintaining the company's accounting records, filing and making payments, as well as checking all payments.
• Prepare and coordinate the audit process and tax submissions.
• Ensure that all accounting records and systems comply with the company's policies, and ensure that accounting standard procedures follow related statutory and tax requirements.
• Cooperate with other departments in preparing accounting documents.
• Perform any other accounting duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements
• Candidate must possess Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/finance/Banking or equivalent.
• Possess strong analytic skills, interpersonal skills and a positive working attitude
• Possess good communication and presentation skills, with strong command in English and Malay.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table/ Vlookup), UBS accounting software will be added advantage
• Support strong teamwork, good communication, and a happy work environment
• Ability to cope well with dynamic and fast-paced environment and can adapt to various situations prioritizing multiple work assignments simultaneously
• Able to start work immediately will be added advantage
