Our regular customer friend request for our Retro French Buttercake with fruits topping for temple praying, so today's creation is with lemon curd instead of buttercream, toasted almond flakes, topped with mixed varities of fruits with glaze. She say she didnt expect the cake to be so beautiful and she loves our American Rustic Cranberry Scones (previously share some test sample with her) 🙊❤️ Hope she and her family have a wonderful prayers and celebration tonight 🙏❤️

After all cookies and sourdough orders for collected today, now back to making 's order 🙏😊

We are constantly researching and improvising, introducing more parameters and putting more attention into our technique because we are very passionate about our sourdough 💖

Am pretty proud and happy with today's bake where we have crispy crust outer layer, quite even fully open with super duper soft crumbs, not to mention the super addictive aroma of sourdough, sooo divine, just simply irresistible 💖

Super grateful to have our super supportive regular customer friends who enjoys our sourdough as much as we enjoy making them 🙏💖

As usual sourdough making starts very early day before around 3~4am so we can bake next day for today's order collection. Thankfully I am a morning person, maybe that's why I love bread making as usually the Baker needs to start their work earlier than other profession 🙊

Pineapple tart cookies orders done ✅

Our ancient mixer finally broke down. Luckily it didn't breakdown in the middle of cake making, it broke down after our final batch of cookies for this week. Next week cookies and cake orders may get slightly delayed as will get a replacement by Tuesday evening only.. 😥 Sourdough orders not affected as it's 100% made by hand 🙏

All pineapple cookies delivered and well received with positive feedback. She say she couldn't resist to try it in the car and once she try, she end up finishing one entire box already 🙏😊💖

Sourdough orders collected and this time the nice lady call me after she picks them up shortly to tell me that I did a good job for baking the rye and spelt mix sourdough for her as she prefer her sourdough to be slightly denser/heavier, she say she loved it and she wanna reorder again 🙏💖😊
