Can yoga help you lose weight? In my case. Yes. 1. It keeps me moving, everyday. Yoga is not an overly aggresive exercise, so I found myself on the mat everyday, even if it's just 5 minutes stretching, or 5 minutes meditation practice. Compare to running, swimming, hitting the gym, those require higher motivation to start, and often have to bear with next day sore muslce. 2. I had less supper Yoga curbs my 24/7 hunger feelings , especially at night. 3. Its fun It's fun to achieve different asanas over time. I started as those who couldn't touch their toes. Over just one month, I can proudly touch my toes at forward bend. The next one was chaturanga, then monkey pose... They also looked good on the camera. #privateyogamalaysia
