eggplant Greek yoghurt with sundries tomatoes, capers, and basil

jalapeño poppers with smoked salmon (our current fave!)

organic edamame cilantro with chili and cashews

No reason not to get in the spirit of fall 🍂🍁with a little pumpkin 🎃 salad!

Here, grilled pumpkin over a bed of greens topped with a generous drizzle of olive oil and eggplant Greek yoghurt.

Caul-it what you like but a cauliflower steak is still a steak in our books!

Paired here with our classic chili and basil dips/spreads to tantalize your tastebuds with sharp, bold flavors 💥🔥🌿🧀

📣🚨Calling all Japanese curry lovers! 🚨📣

We aren’t kidding when we say you are missing out if you haven’t tried our chili dip (which has 2 types of chilis, parmesan, and cashews as base ingredients) with a bowl of Japanese curry. Not only does it fire up the flavors but the parmesan adds just the right amount of creaminess 🤤

While over a steamy plate of Japanese rice is the typical go to, it’s actually great on its own too for those keeping carbs at bay 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏻.

All day breakfast anyone?

Here’s one on our lunch table today - a slab of our edamame cream cheese dip/spread or hummus on your favorite breakfast toast 🍞Add any left over greens (we went with kale and cherry radish) and eggs (scrambled is great but we think poached is best!) to add a little umph.

Little afternoon chill with smoky jalapeños in 4 types of cheese covered in golden crispy panko.

Meditation does wonders but a rucola salad helps bring it full circle. At least for the body anyway 😜 Dressing is definitely a welcomed companion but have you tried your salads with dips? It’s really a whole new level of goodness, especially when it doesn’t have the yucky additives and ingredients we’ve tried to pronounce but can’t :)
