This is due to the fact that we only purchase fresh imported fruits and these are pricey and can't be kept long.

Do you know what these are?
My frens asked me : "wui, not tedious meh? U crazy ah, eyes also blind lor... where got seller like you to pick out dark ones and stems, by time u pick out waste energy waste time n waste money leh!"

It is a tedious job, sometimes eyes also goes blur and definitely probably wasted about half of the osthmanthus which means I have to use double the ingredients for the jelly.
Maybe it's cos my ocd, but I think it'll be a nicer texture to eat a jelly without stems.
Somehow the blacker is doesn't seem nice to me in comparison to the yellow ones.

So, I try to pick them out as nicely as much as I can, but I am human afterall so may not be able to pick it 100%clear. So, if you get your osthmanthus jelly with some in it please bear with us. Occasionally you'll see some brown ones in yours but those are So that it looks nicer with some contrast, but the health Properties are the same. Be assured.

Coloring? ⛔🚫🙅‍♀️🙅‍♂️
We NEVER put colourings in our jelly mooncakes.
Just like our pictures, we keep them as original as it can get.

Does it look like rubies?
All these are colour changes depending on the fruits acidity and pen colours. At times the red from the strawberries will seep into the jelly so you get all the benefits of the fruits in the jelly itself too!
So don't be alarmed if you see all red.

At times the strawberries will turn whiter instead as the outer layer is not bloody red. It all depends on the batch.

We CATER for customers' preference. These are KETO FRIENDLY versions.

Some prefer with mulberries (depending on season if in stock) some prefer Spain peaches in them, while others just want Australian strawberries and blueberries.

Hence its a like a surprise box as to what color what designs you'll get as it's purely handmade fresh the night before delivery!
