This is perfect egg yolk.. So much satisfaction after cooking it... It's not overcooked until it turns grey, the texture is just nice and delicious 😋
The tips of getting such egg yolks:

1. Eggs at room temperature.
2. Put water to boil. When the water is boiled, you will see bubbles. That is when you put your eggs into the wok.
3. Start the timer when you put the eggs into the wok. Let it boil for 7 minutes.
4. Right after that, put off the fire and pour the boiling water away. Let the eggs be rested inside a bowl of ice cold water immediately.
5. Here you go, the perfect hard boiled eggs. I like to take it with butter.
