Tomatillos are native to Mexico—more subtly tart and earthier than tomatoes even though they look similar. Often used to make salsa verde (green salsa).

The tomatillo soup is very “appetite opening” as the chinese would say, with shredded chicken to give it substance, for lack of a better description.

We have revised our sandwich prices too!

Ling dug deep into her auntie skills to scrape off cost her and there. One of the ways we have reduced our cost is, for instance, getting our otak2 direct from the manufacturer. We did have to buy in bulk and store them in our freezer, but this way we can pass on savings to our customers.
