Vanilla sponge cake to be cool down & frosting next. As we know sponge cake quite sensitive to temp. Once done in the oven > quickly take out > leave for 5 min > take it out let it be upside down for 1 min > get back to the right position back this is due to the temp & gravity. Voila!
