Here's what went down during our recent Alumni and Scholars Connect event! The purpose of the event was to connect Alumni who were keen to donate to scholarship students directly with the students themselves. Everyone had a great time meeting one another, with our Sunway Alumni imparting wisdom to the scholars and Community Scholars keeping our alumni updated on the happenings in their lives. This allowed the Alumni to really see the impact of their contributions. ❤ Towards the end, our Community Scholars showed their appreciation and gratitude towards our Sunway Alumni by gifting them a token of appreciation, a small succulent plant! We are so thankful to our alumni for their generosity in making it possible for our Community Scholars to pursue their studies without financial worries. We're very proud to see so many alumni making the decision to come back and serve as mentors to our students! They are truly giving of their Talent through sharing of experience and knowledge. Here are some highlights from the 2023 Sunway Mentoring Programme launch that took place last month! If you spot your friends, tag them! #TBT We had a big bunch of volunteers who helped out during the Exploratory Day, which was part of the Giving Month initiative to give back to the community. We're thankful that our alumni are a group of people who keep on giving! Even though it was for a few hours, we believe that it was more than enough to inspire the kids to learn more about what interests them. Thank you for doing what you do!

Here's a little #throwbackthursday! Jakarta was so fun that admin was reminiscing the good times we had with everyone at our Jakarta High Tea session! We truly enjoyed everyone's presence and we know that this will definitely not be the last time we see each other!

SportAlum Talk Series EP7 - 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games Our Sunway Shuttlers' Journey
The Sunway Sports Alumni Talk-series is back again and this round we have two international shuttlers all the way from Mauritius who will be joining us to share their badminton journey in the recent 2022 Commonwealth Games. Ganesha, BAF student and Tejraj Pultoo, DCOM Alumnus participated in the mixed double and the men’s doubles category. In this session, they will share their perspectives on the game and break down key performances during the individual and team events.
