JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the overall IT requirements of KASK Group.
- Recommend any upgrading or purchase of IT system or IT tools or licensing as well that will enhance the working efficiency at KASK Group.
- Propose an IT strategy for KASK.
- Ensure all IT activities adhere to KASK Group
- Familiar with HTML, Php, Java Script, Mysql and Adobe Photoshop
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

ACCOUNTING & FINANCE
1) To be fully responsible for the overall delivery from the Accounting & Finance Unit. Delivery should be accurate and timely.
2) Responsibilities covers the following areas:
a) Financial operation of all KASK companies as a Group
b) Planning and budgeting on monthly basis as well as project basis.
c) Discussing with the management team on the actual and budgeted figures.
d) To highlight and suggest on the risks and strength of a project that could or could not be executed based on the figures and analysis.
e) To maintain monthly budgeting & transactions (revenue & expenses) accordingly to ensure the companyโs operation will run smoothly.
f) Finalizing the yearly financial statements for audit
g) Liaising with auditors and tax agent for commencement of audit exercise and submission of tax estimation
h) Compilation of Group performance and preparation of Group Annual Budget
3) To monitor all revenues & expenses for the group and to highlight to management as and when necessary.
4) To keep track the Groupโs bank balance and to do inter-company transfer when required.
5) Responsibilities for the above areas will be measured in terms of:
- Completeness of work done
- Speed/Urgency of service delivery
- Work produced within deadlines
- Accuracy of work produced
6) Issues arising and how it is addressed โ it is critical to ensure that all activities do not put the Company at any risk or steps are taken to ensure that Companyโs exposure is limited to the minimum possible.
HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANCE
1) Issuing of Employment letters, Confirmation letters and etc.
2) To manage staff payroll.
STAFF SUPERVISION
1) To check and verify all work completed by subordinates.
2) To provide guidance and assistance as and when required.
3) To teach and train subordinate to ensure that subordinates is able to complete task independently.
