Responsibilities

1. Assist the chef to organize, prepare and cook meals, according to recipes and SOP.
2. Prepare ingredients and cooking foodstuff.
3. Ensure food quality is consistent and at it's best.
4. Maintaining and cleaning the kitchen, kitchen equipment and serving areas to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are adhered to.
