🇲🇾 KL Ayu Borneo 精油按摩

这两天感觉颈肩和背部僵硬 头还有点痛 想找一家按摩按按 最后选了去试Ayu Borneo.刚好看到他们家有weekday promo, Malaysian Signature Massage 全身按摩1.5 hours RM100. 可以加RM10加半小时,也就是RM110两小时

我打去预约.他问我要哪个branch和按多久, 我说要两小时,在Section 14 (虽然不是最靠近我的,但是google review 多而且好). 我预约2.45pm(姐妹们要准时哦,他说如果迟到超过15分钟slot就会给人哦). 我问他多少钱,他说RM122 (就是加了RM12精油的价格),我问他不是RM110吗,他说没有用精油就RM110,然后就确认整个预约和价格RM110.

我2.40pm 到那里,结果那里没有parking,很多人还double park. 可是不可能按摩一半出来移车,然后看到Jaya Mall,就直接park进去了. 去到店的时候是2.50pm

去到counter 她叫我付款RM122,我说我是拿RM110的哦,后来她说只是加RM12就可以选你喜欢的精油,那里有个板解释每个精油的功效 (看图). 我看到香茅的可以relieve muscle pain 所以觉得也不错,就还是给了RM122. (虽然他们会upsell, 但不会hardsell, 态度都是friendly 舒服的)

然后洗脚换拖鞋就可以进去按摩啦! 前面二十分钟是先隔着一片布按穴位,蛮痛的 然后就开始按摩 精油香香热热的, 期间还有帮我用hot stone,非常舒服. 我的按摩师是45号 Vina小姐姐,非常温柔,也按到很舒服. 而且会一直问我会不会太痛, hot stone会不会太热, 很贴心. 看到我按了按太阳穴还主动问我是不是头痛,我说是,她还说等下头帮我按久一点下次还要来找她.按完之后就感觉松了很多,头和背也没那么痛了.种草✅

这家按摩店我真的大推！除了价钱合理之外 环境真的超棒的
虽然是平价的按摩店 但是比起我之前去过的几家 这里是环境最不错的一间！

由于那天有点赶时间 所以只试了30分钟的足部按摩 收费是 RM45 三十分钟 虽然没有upgrade精油 他们使用的普通油也带有一点点香味 是我觉得闻起来很舒服的～
重点是按摩的时候 按摩师们没有什么聊天 所以整间房就特别安静 可以让你好好放松和休息！

按摩师的力道刚刚好 不会太大力 之前几家偶尔会把我按到有点痛 内心是想呼喊的 但是还是忍住了～

我们是前一天的晚上约的，本来想约ioi的happy hour时间段去，
但是ioi的已经排到下午四点了，过了优惠时间，
但是Kajang的还是约上了，上午11点。

特色大马式按摩/油压按摩：（我们选的是这个）
周内：11am-5pm:
一个半小时-普通油RM100，芳香油RM112

深层组织推拿按摩 / 皇家泰式按摩：
（工作人员说这个本身无精油，所以我们没选）
足肩按摩：

在前台报姓名电话确认预约，缴费（不可支付宝）
然后按摩师会带领你到图6的地方先冲脚换拖鞋，你的鞋子会存在这里的柜子。
上楼到图7的地方（刚冲完脚比较滑，楼梯处如图1比较昏暗，所以大家注意脚下，小心滑倒）
按摩师会把帘子都拉起来并且在外面等你，让你先脱衣服换上这里提供的一次性内裤。
（里面有挂衣服的地方）
趴好开始按摩
（他们有计时器，会按够准确的时间）
背面：盖上毯子-全身按摩-一块一块局部掀开精油按摩（先上半身再下半身，按下半身的时候会盖上上半身并且放上图9的热石，很舒服～）
正面：盖上-全身-掀开局部精油-盖上-从眼眶到头部按摩（建议不化妆哈哈，我下午还要逛化了妆出门的，眉毛蹭掉了一点）-擦掉身上精油-坐起来进行最后的肩颈按摩。
按摩结束后到楼下喝热姜茶☕️，旁边摆的水也可以免费喝。

全程按摩师除了叫你翻面等不会说多余的话，而且都是轻声细语，
背景音乐很舒缓催眠，环境也很好
但是社恐按摩最开始有点紧张没有完全放松，到后来才慢慢开始放松，
有昏昏欲睡的感觉😪，不过享受的时间已经被我错过大半
按完之后肌肉是没之前那么紧张啦

我本身是一个很爱按摩的人
我家里附近的按摩院基本上都有去过，
刚好那天要去 Puchong 吃东西，
我和 👦🏻 就顺便 booking 去按摩

我们去的是 Bandar Puchong 新分行，
新开张优惠 11am - 11pm Happy Hour，
其他分行是 11am - 5pm 而已～
由于 👦🏻 比较喜欢脚底按摩，我们选择了60分钟的足肩按摩，才RM55!!
这间按摩店有分泰式和中式按摩。刚好我的按摩师是中式技师；
👦🏻 的是泰式技师，体验不一样的效果～

泡脚后，中式先是按摩肩膀，主要是按摩和推拿的方式，
会一边泡脚一边按摩，技师是说可以活血通络，之后才足底按摩。
我的技师真的很专业，全程很专注按摩我的脚，左右两边的脚都按到很均匀，而且有力度！
我经常遇到那种按左右脚不平均 & 无力 & 会和其他人聊天的的按摩师，但是我的技师没有！
结束之前会洗干净脚，这还是我第一次按摩后洗脚的，有点特别

泰式是先是按脚，之后才到肩膀按摩。泰式有特别抬起脚帮忙拉脚拉筋，
当然肩膀按摩主要使用手肘按压，还有 ao 手 ao 身体，但最后没有洗脚唷

之后我们在大厅喝姜茶和换鞋，工作人员和我们说可以免费领取RM30的优惠券，
条件是在FB/google写下review就可以了～

总体来说我觉得很不错，我会再次惠顾

以前有个同事，每当他的生日，都会为自己放假一天。我好奇的问他，为何你生日当天一定要请假？同事们在正日为你庆祝生日不好吗？🤔他的答复是不想在生日当天因为工事被上司/老板骂，影响心情好像有道理哦！所以我就为自己放了一天的假，尽情地放松，享受一下ME TIME。

之前去过setia alam这家AYU BORNEO按摩院做脚底和肩旁按摩，按摩师都很专业，力度够大又不会太痛。这次就想试试他家的招牌精油全身按摩。

建议提早1-2天预约，可能会拿到你要的时间。我是今早临时决定在生日当天对自己好一点，安排全身按摩让自己放松一下。预约时只剩1.30pm的slot，所以早上11.20am针灸后，只能放弃午餐，直接赶去setia alam分行的Ayu Borneo按摩院。

星期一至星期五欢乐时光11am-5pm有促销，添加RM10可以享有额外30分钟。全身按摩有几种：招牌传统按摩、精油按摩、推拿筋络和泰式按摩。精油有薰衣草、香茅、生姜、椰子油和泰国草药膏供你选择。经员工推荐，我选了90+30分钟生姜精油按摩，可以帮助祛风。

付费后，在等候室坐着等待我的按摩师。等候室角落处有提供一些糕点饮料让顾客享用。等了5分钟后，我的按摩师便带领我到足浴室，简单的为我足浴，并换上凉鞋，然后带上按摩室。

一路走到按摩室，四处都是昏暗的灯光，我被安排在中间的床铺，换上一次性内裤，趴在床铺上，按摩师开始由脚到肩旁按摩。按摩师一边按摩一边说我的经络很硬整体按摩非常的舒服、放松，按摩师力度也够大但过程不会很痛，酸爽的感觉，可以考虑每个月来按摩一次
