Season Special - Grilled Salmon Head - Only RM18/- per piece
Grilled Salmon Head with our special Cantina sauce. Goes well with a few mugs of ice cold beer. Don't expect the ordinary Japanese dry grill. Ours is slightly charred and yet retains it's moisture and flavor.
