Job Description:
1. Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs. Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu.

2. Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages in the menu.

3. Provide outstanding customer service as Barista with full product knowledge of our menu.

4. Create and deliver all guest orders in a timely and customer friendly manner.

5. Ensure equipment are maintained and service regularly to avoid machine breakdown.

6. Ensure the store is kept clean, sanitized and in excellent working condition and also take out garbage while closing shop.

7. Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply, milk product, tea and other beverage ingredients for coffee bar.

8. Enhances coffee shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different request. Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

9. Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes, implementing changes, maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar.
