YBhg. Dato’ Ir. Ts. Izwan Hasli Mohd Ibrahim recently paid a visit to YBhg. Dato' Sri Suriani binti Dato' Ahmad, the Secretary General of the Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperatives Development (KUSKOP), to discuss potential collaborations.

The discussion included an overview of Putrajaya Development Masterplan, which is consistent with the vision and goals for Malaysia's federal administrative centre.

They also explored possible ways to cooperate in supporting KUSKOP's initiatives, which seek to match the socio-economic development objectives in Putrajaya.

Putrajaya Holdings (PjH) Chairman, Dato’ Kamil Khalid Ariff, recently paid a courtesy visit to Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) President & Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Ir. Megat Jalaluddin Bin Megat Hassan.

The objective of the meeting was to explore possible ways to work together in areas such as offering Putrajaya’s Property Deals to TNB staff.

Both parties agreed that close collaboration between TNB and PjH is vital to ensure efficient delivery of our projects and developments in Putrajaya, which in turn will improve the overall customer experience (Cx) of our tenants and house buyers.

We are proud to announce that our 7MD7 project, a mixed development connected to Putrajaya Sentral, has reached a significant milestone in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE). The project has achieved 75% completion and 3-million-man hours without Lost Time Injury (LTI).

To commemorate this achievement, a HSE Campaign was held at the site, attended by the Director General of Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), Ir Hj Mohd Hatta Bin Zakaria, and other DOSH officials. Also in attendance were; Tuan Hj Shabuddin Ahmad, General Manager of KLCC Group HSE, and Mr Bhibuti Jha, Group MD of Syarikat Pembinaan Mitra Jaya, the main contractor of the project.

In his speech, our CEO, Dato Ir. Ts. Izwan Hasli M Ibrahim, emphasized the importance of maintaining a safe work culture, looking out for each other's safety, and adopting the "Leadership Turun Padang" approach. He also expressed his gratitude to all the workers and stakeholders for their dedication and commitment to the project.

The 7MD7 project is a key transit-oriented commercial hub that will enhance the vibrancy and connectivity of Putrajaya's Precinct 7. The retail mall, which will open soon, will offer a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options for the residents and visitors of Putrajaya.

We are excited to see the progress of this project and we look forward to delivering it with the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

Putrajaya Holdings launched the first series of Putrajaya Core Island Kayak Expedition 2024 with more than 50 participants joined Kayak and Dragon Boat 🐉🚣🏼‍♂️ 💯

This water sport is a collaborative effort with the KLCC Sports Recreation Club. PjH will be organizing another three more kayak and dragon boat expedition scheduled for July, October, and December this year!

Recently, the PjH management team made a courtesy visit to the Ministry of Housing and Local Government, where they were welcomed by YBhg. Datuk Wira M Noor Azman bin Taib, Director General of the Ministry. Several key topics were discussed, including the advancement of Putrajaya city, sustainable development, and addressing housing needs in Putrajaya. Initiatives and collaborations with other agencies were also planned.

PjH continues to support the Ministry's four main focuses for 2024 such as prioritising people's well-being, enhancing infrastructure, and promoting sustainable urban planning.

PjH was represented by Dato' Ir. Ts. Izwan Hasli M. Ibrahim, CEO of PjH, along with Lili Sofida Ibrahim, Noor Izlina Idris, and Azmel Shah Zulkaply.
