Job Description
• Provide customer service & handle customer requests and enquiries
• Assist pharmacist in dispensing drugs and other duties
• Resolves customer issues in a professional manner
• Manage and monitor inventory, stock and expired products
• Attend and manage retail sales, processing cash and card payments
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well organized displays
• Undertakes other tasks as required from time to time

Requirements
• Retail Assistant : Minimum SPM qualification
• Pharmacy Assistant : Minimum Diploma in Pharmacy or Nursing required
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Applicants who able to communicate in Mandarin will be added advantage
• Willing to work overtime and commit shift hours including weekends and public holidays
• Computer Literate
• Full time positions
