🧕KAK IIN印尼素食的开拓者

Kak Iin，一位来自印尼东爪哇的温暖厨妈，目前在我们的店里负责印尼和马来餐的烹饪。她并不是一位大厨，而是两个孩子的母亲。从小，她就肩负起照顾弟弟妹妹的责任，日复一日，三餐的精心制作让她自然而然地练就了一手好厨艺。

（缘分的邂逅）
机缘巧合下她来的了马来西亚打工，也在本店附近打工，随着时间的推移，她和我们所有员工逐渐建立了深厚的友谊。她常常分享家乡的故事，让我们了解到她是一位能煮的好手。那时，我们随口提议：“Kak Iin，你那么擅长烹饪，何不尝试一下，帮我们研发素食印尼餐？”她满怀疑惑地回应：“素食怎么煮？不能放这个、不能放那个……”但在我们的坚持下，她最终愿意尝试。经过无数次尝试，替代材料的不断实验和无数次的失败，Kak iin曾一度感到沮丧和挫败。然而，最终我们成功研发出了素食的AYAM PENYET SAMBAL。之后也因个人原因他离开原有工作，正式加入我们五脚基。

这一成功不仅提升了她的信心，还激发了她的创作热情。之后，Kak Iin又相继研究出了多款畅销菜品：
- 印尼香料炸鸡饭（Nasi Ayam Penyet）
- 印尼爪哇面（Mee Jawa）
- 马来式烫面（Mee Soto）
- 黄姜猴头菇炒饭（Nasi Goreng Ayam Kunyit）

这些都是本店的热销产品。

目前，我们正与Kak iin一起，致力于研发一系列独特的马印风味美食。创新素食并不容易，但请给我们一点时间，我们承诺，将会呈现最特别的美味给你们。

KAK IIN: Guardian of Indonesian vegetarian cusion

Kak Iin, a warm-hearted cook from East Java, Indonesia, is currently responsible for Indonesian and Malaysian cuisine at our restaurant. She is not a professional chef, but a mother of two. From a young age, she took on the responsibility of caring for her younger siblings, preparing three meals a day, and over time, naturally honed her culinary skills.

(A Fortuitous Encounter)

By chance, Kak Iin came to Malaysia for work and found a job near our restaurant. Over time, she became friends with all our staff. She often shared stories of her hometown, and we soon realized she was a skilled cook. One day, we casually suggested, "Kak Iin, since you're so good at cooking, why not try developing some vegetarian Indonesian dishes for us?" She responded with doubt, "How can I cook vegetarian? You can't use this or that..." But with our encouragement, she agreed to give it a try. After countless experiments with different substitute ingredients and numerous failures, she often felt frustrated and defeated. However, in the end, we successfully developed a vegetarian version of AYAM PENYET SAMBAL.

This success greatly boosted her confidence and inspired her creativity. Subsequently, Kak Iin developed several popular dishes:
- Nasi Ayam Penyet (Indonesian Spiced Fried Chicken Rice)
- Mee Jawa (Indonesian Javanese Noodles)
- Mee Soto (Malaysian Soup Noodles)
- Nasi Goreng Ayam Kunyit (Turmeric Chicken Mushroom Fried Rice)

These are all bestsellers at our restaurant.

Currently, we are collaborating with Kak Iin to develop a series of unique Malaysian-Indonesian flavored dishes. Creating innovative vegetarian food is not easy, but please give us some time, and we promise to bring you the most special and delicious creations.

In a small town in Malaysia, we met a skilled cook, Mak Cik. Her Mee Soto was renowned for its rich flavors, but we had a small request – to transform this delicious meat dish into a vegetarian delight.

Initially hesitant, Mak Cik embraced the challenge, and together, we embarked on a journey of vegetarian recipe development. Each failure became a valuable lesson as we explored various flavors, continuously adjusting the combination of ingredients.

Sometimes, we felt discouraged; other times, we felt helpless. However, Mak Cik always encouraged us, saying, "Venturing into vegetarian cuisine is challenging, but you've shown me different culinary approaches. Let's continue exploring together; I find it enjoyable."

Eventually, we overcame all obstacles, creating a stunning vegetarian Mee Soto. It became more than just a tasty dish – it symbolized the culmination of our friendship and perseverance. Every bite carries the flavor of our shared struggles, crafting a legendary taste exclusively for vegetarians.
