Kelebihan minum susu kambing🐐
Susu kambing tidak hanya mengandung sedikit lemak susu, namun juga tinggi akan kandungan nutrisi lainnya. Sebut saja vitamin D, vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin A, sodium, pottasium, selenium, kalsium, asid folat dan juga zat besi. Susu kambing segar juga boleh membantu anda yang seringkali mengalami masalah letih, lemah dan juga lesu, kerana boleh menggantikan tenaga yang sudah keluar. Susu kambing juga membantu masalah sakit-sakit sendi tulang. Jika memiliki masalah dengan gastrik, susu kambing dapat membantu anda untuk menetralisinya. Susu kambing mudah dicerna, sekadar mengambil masa 20 minit untuk dicerna berbeza dengan susu lembu yang memerlukan masa dua jam untuk dicerna.
Komposisi nutrien pada susu kambing adalah sangat beza berbanding susu lembu. Selain mengandungi 13% lebih kalsium, susu kambing segar juga mempunyai 25% lebih tinggi vitamin B-6, 47% lebih vitamin A, 134% lebih kalium dan 350% lebih niacin. Susu kambing juga lebih tinggi kandungan klorida, copper, dan mangan serta mengandungi 27% lebih selenium nutrien penting. Susu kambing tidak mengandungi sebarang Hormon Pertumbuhan Bovine (BGH) atau antibiotik yang kontroversi itu.

Goat Milk Yogurt
Ingredients
1 gallon goat milk
1 cup yogurt
1 cup instant dry milk
1Tbl vanila
Instructions
1. Pour the milk into a non-reactive pot and turn the heat on between medium and medium-high.
2. Put a thermometer on the side of the pot, when the thermometer hits 110 degrees F start stir occasionally so the temperature in the milk stays consistent and the milk on the bottom doesn't burn. Or you can use a double boiler system to avoid stirring.
3. At 180 degrees take the milk off the burner and turn off the heat.
4.Let the milk cool to 90-110 degrees,then add the dry milk and let it hydrate for 5 minutes. Once hydrated, stir for 60 seconds with a whisk or until you don't see any more 'chunks' of powdered milk.
5.Add the yogurt or yogurt starter (amount according to starter directions) to the milk mixture and stir for 30 seconds.
6. Add vanilla (optional) and stir.
7.Keep at about 80 degrees or warmer for 10 hours and then refrigerate.
