Sales Manager

Job Responsibility:
• Develop and carry out strategic marketing plans, with the main objectives of increasing traffic and sales turnover
• To implement, monitor and review sales and marketing plan
• Communicating with customers to understand their specific needs so that they can be met efficiently
• To achieve business plan targets and monthly objectives
• To promote Company’s product and system solutions to various industries
• To achieve business plan targets and monthly objectives
• To actively contribute to the performance of the Sales department
• Responsible for generating leads and markets leads for sales growth
• Establish and maintain good rapport with customers
• Follow up on billing and debt collections
• Provide accurate and timely Forecast's using the appropriate Sales Tools and Processes and maintain all relevant information about Customers, Prospects, Campaigns and Leads
• Prepare and present monthly marketing report to Top Management
• Responsible for new accounts development and maintaining existing customers
• Evaluate client requirements and provide solutions and appropriate applications
• Provide technical support to customers whenever necessary
• Develop a customer base and managed according to priority in sales volume and repeat order
• Identify opportunities that can grow the business in existing customers

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic / Electromechanical) or equivalent
• Preferably at least 5 year(s) of working experience specializing in automation engineering or in the related field is required for this position
• A pro-active and resourceful individual with excellent negotiation, communication, and motivation skills
• Ability to communicate concisely, verbally and in writing, in English
• Willingness to travel to sites if required
• Ability to work under pressure and long hours
• Team player but also capable to work independently
• Have good sense of time management and strong customer focus
• Good work attendance
• Possess own transport with valid driving license

Functional description;
The drive of the unit is carried out via a pneumatic spindle
with torque of up to 65,000 RPM per Minute – depending
on the module size. The spindle is swivel mounted for
being able to maintain the tolerances of the whole
machining contour.

The maximum stroke at the cutter tip is ±9 mm. The force
(rigidity) is needed for moving (oscillating) the spindle. It
is controlled by a second air connection. Depending on the
pressure, the force on the milling cut surface is between
3.1 N and 89 N.
