Musim durian sedang meriah sekarang. Salah satu dessert yang sentiasa menjadi kegemaran ialah durian crepe.

Infact sebelum kamindikenali sebagai penjual kek, kami bermula dengan durian crepe.

Ada seorang customer kami di Cyberjaya. Mula-mula dia beli sebab isteri mengidam teramat sangat. Lepas tu hampir tiap-tiap hari dia kumpul order opis. Last sekali sampai dia pun dah tak larat nak kumpul order sebab masa tu kami pun tak menang tangan dah, boss dia sendiri datang terpacak depan rumah nak durian crepe.

Dan sampai sekarang, mana-mana customer yang pernah beli durian crepe dengan kami akan kata,

" Beli yang ada di pasaran tak sama macam yang akak buat."

Dan hari ini kami nak kongsi cara jika ada yang nak belajar resepi crepe tersedap dalam Malaysia olahan Bzee Cafe & Bakery, boleh hubungi kami.

Sekarang PJJ online pun tengah ada promosi lebih 50% sehingga 4 Julai 2022.

One of regular customers gave me oysters meat as birthday present

Already cooked the oysters several times, with vermicelli, angle hair and spaghettis. The last portion I add in marinara sauce, layer with pasta sheets and transform into baked seafood lasagna

Alhamdulillah very oystery, shrimpy, tomatoey and saucy cheesy din din

Recipe as follow

Marinara sauce
150- 200g shrimp
150- 200g oyster meat
1 whole holland onion
3-4 clove garlics
2-3 whole tomatoes - diced
Half cup of store bought spaghetti sauce
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Saute onion and garlic with olive oil
Add in half cup spaghetti sauce
Add in shrimp and oyster
Add in tomatoes and keep on heat until boiling once
Season with salt and pepper according personal preference

Not so original Bechamel sauce

40g butter
40 g flour
A cup of water
Half cube chicken seasoning
A cup milk
1 and half handful mozarella cheese
Salt and pepper

Melt up a butter until slighly brown
Add in flour until all coated with melted butter
Add in water and seasoning cube
Keep on stiring and add in milk
Add in mozarella and close the fire

Assemble in casserole plate

Thin layer Bechamel sauce
Lasagna sheets
Marinara sauce
Bechamel
Lasagna sheets
Marinara
Until ended with Bechamel again

Baked around 40-45min 170-175°C

Serve straight away if you like it goey. Or let it set a bit around 30 mins

Goreng mantau beli digoreng

Kepah mentega bawang putih
1kg kepah
3 ulas bawang putih
1 tangkai daun kari
1 sudu setengah memtega
1 sudu setengah tepung gandum
1/4 cawan air
200ml susu krim penuh
Serbuk perasa jika perlu

Tumis bawang putih dan daun kari dalam mentega cair
Masukkan tepung dan gaul sehingga semuanya bersalut mentega
Masukkan air dan kepah
Biarkan kepah masak dan terbuka cengkerang
Masukkan susu krim penuh
Biar sekejap sehingga sekali didih dan matikan api

Garlic butter clams and mantou

Store bought mantou - deep fried

Garlic butter clams
1kg clams
3 clove garlic
1 stalk curry leaves
1 and half spoon butter
1 and half spoonful flour
1/4 cup water
200ml full cream milk
Seasoning powder if needed

Saute garlic and curry leaves in melted butter
Add in flour and stir until all flour coated with butter
Add in water and clams
While the clams start opening the shells, pour in full cream milk
Closed the fire once boiling
