The clients, a 45-year-old man from France, a 40-year-old local Malay woman, and their 4-year-old daughter, desired a modern classical concept that felt bright, clean, and luxurious with attention to detailing.

To ensure maximum privacy for the owners, the highest level was restructured to become their private space, accessible through a hidden door and a closed-off lift balcony. The open corridor was incorporated into the master room, which directly leads to a walk-in wardrobe.

The master walk-in wardrobe features two full-height wardrobe rolls that are divided according to the client's usage requirements. The center of the space includes a large dressing table with a detailed mirror that adds a grand and luxurious touch to the space. Two doors next to the dressing table lead to the master bathroom and a storage room for the client's luggage bags and winter clothes. The master bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, with a large magic frosted mirror and two individual sinks.

Custom-made furniture and rugs with the client's preferred fabric materials and colors were created by a local furniture maker to suit the house's overall design.

In the basement foyer, a small indoor garden was created with a skylight from the third floor, making the space more lively and welcoming.

The living space features Calacatta bookmatch marble, creating a brighter and more spacious atmosphere. The focus is on family time, movie nights with friends and family, and human interaction. A big display cabinet with classical frames is placed on the staircase landing space, making the staircase visually larger and more welcoming.

The dining hall, which is mostly used for hosting guests, features clean, full fluted panel feature walls, creating a minimalist yet welcoming space.

The dry kitchen is a highlight of the design, with attention paid to both design details and practicality. The wet kitchen features cabinets with closeable doors for easy cleaning. Only the top of the fridge is left open, where the client's recipe books are stored, alongside a classic water faucet that the owners love. The glass window on the top of the wet kitchen was kept despite its difficult maintenance, as it allowed natural light to enter the house, and a louver design was created to let sunlight shine through, creating a nice reflection on the floor during the daytime, which matched the cabinet design.

The flooring is equipped with smart glass that allows natural light to flow from the glass roofing to the lower floor during the day. This not only enhances the overall ambiance but also provides privacy when the pull-out bed is in use.

To honor the client's appreciation for Chinese cultural style, a round table and a compact, open-concept kitchen are incorporated into the design. The master bedroom is kept streamlined and minimalistic, with a hidden door that leads to the walk-in wardrobe.

Circle Themes & Orange Accents

If orange is your color, then we certainly have a juicy treat for you. This home design features tangerine, pumpkin and apricot accents. Bold murals, textured feature walls and sculptural furniture pieces combine to make orange décor schemes that are characterful and energized. To go alongside the eye-catching color scheme, a stylish circle theme runs on through too. Rounded motifs are painted onto walls and modern artwork, and feature within furniture silhouettes, lighting designs and decorative mirrors. The color and shape themes build interiors that strike a light of inspiration that will burn on in memory and imagination for a long while to come.

Our client, a 35-year-old banker, recently acquired a new house and reached out to us for a back extension with Majlis approval. He requested a contemporary design with spacious living areas and a dedicated "mancave" gaming room 🎮🎮.

The client also requested several additional items, which caused an increase in the price. However, our expertise allowed us to keep the project within his budget without sacrificing the high-quality results. 😎
