BUTTER COOKIES
Ingredients:
200 grams pomade butter (blend at room temperature)
120 grams of sugar
280 grams of wheat flour
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Preparation:
1. In a bowl start by mixing the butter with the sugar. Remember that butter must be at room temperature in order to work well with it. We blend in pretty well.
2. Once mixed, add in the teaspoon of vanilla essence.
3. We continue with the sifted flour. We run the flour through a sinker before putting it into the bowl. We blend in pretty well.
4. Now it's time to shape them up. The easiest thing is to make a roll as you see below with the help of paper film and put it in the fridge for 1 hour or so. From there on, we'll be "cutting slices" of more or less 1 cm and baking them.
5. Put them in a cut oven tray and bake them at 180° for about 11-12 minutes. The moment we see the edges starting to gold we take them out. If you see that they are soft don't leave them anymore because I once made that mistake, when they cool they harden. So don't worry if you touch one and see it soft

(Masak sardin dgn suma bhn diatas smpai kering..bawang besar buat 2 bahagian satu bahagian tumis satu bahagian lgi bila sardin dh masak baru letak sbb nk ada elemen crunchy bawang tu)
Telur dadar dan hancurkan
Mayonis
(Gaul dgn sardin yg siap masak td)
Yg ni optional kalau tak nak letak pon takpa kalau nk inti sardin saja..
Bahan bancuhan tepung
Tepung beras 3 senduk
Tepung gandum 2 senduk
Tepung ubi kayu 2 senduk
Tepung jagung 1 senduk
Garam
Gula
Kunyit
Air sejuk peti ais
(Bancuh suma bahan ni sampai adunan sebati tak pekat sgt xcair sgt..agkat dgn senduk kalau adunan xputus tu kira ok dah tu..nisbah bancuhan 3:2:2:1..kalau nak buat bnyk tukar senduk kepada cawan atau mangkuk)
Adunan dah siap boleh start goreng dgn api sederhana smpai garing..selamat mencuba🥰
Kaswi Gedik
1 1/2 cawan air pandan
1 cawan santan pekat
1 cawan tepung ubi
1 cawan gula
1 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu kecil air kapur
Sedekit garam
Pewarna hijau
Satukan semua bahan kacau dan tapis.
Sapu minyak pada acuan terlebih dahulu sebelum tuang adunan.
Kukus selama 15 - 20 minit.
Kelapa parut putih + garam

Kalau guna santan fresh(cair) tambah 1/2 cawan tepung gandum.
Kalau guna santan kotak tak payah tambah tepung gandum.
Keluarkan dari acuan guna lidi.
Nak wangi dan sedap daun pandan kena banyak.
Letak daun pandan dalam periuk kukusan untuk menambahkan aroma.

Resepi Sambal Totok
Bahan:
1/2 gengam ikan bilis kopek(basuh dan rendam)
Ikan bilis
*30 tangkai cili padi merah+hijau
*1 biji bwng besar
*3 ulas bwng putih
*sedikit belacan
Sedikit garam
1biji limau nipis
Goreng bahan bertanda * hingga layu dlm minyak yg sedikit
Cara:
Tumbuk semua bahan yg d goreng td dgn sedikit garam
Tumbuk pecah2 manja je...
Masukkan ikan bilis yg dah d toskan dan tumbuk sebati..
Perahkan limau dan gaul sebati..
Siap!!!mkn plk dgn nasi panas...terangkat!!!
