Vacancy: Project Coordinator / Site Supervisor

Salary Range: From RM3K to RM5K (Based on experience)

Job Role

Responsible for delivering building development projects of varying size and complexity. The Project Coordinator/ Site Supervisor is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities.

Job Description

-Perform site survey, measurements, monitor daily site activities, responsible for on-site work progress in the construction and renovation progress of work includes day to day managing and coordination of workers, designers, contractors, suppliers, other related parties, equipment and materials on site.

-To responsible of overall site management and coordinating with site construction team to schedule, coordinate all sub-con to ensure works carry out smoothly till handover in satisfactory condition. Check workmanship on all sub-con to deliver the requested standard by client.

Job Qualification

-At least 4-5 years of work experience in Construction/Renovation/ Furniture or related industries.
-Good planning, coordination, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
-Self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to travel.
-Have GDL License is an advantage.
-Own vehicle with valid driving license required.

💰 Salary Range: Up to RM4K (Based on experience)

🎯 Requirements:
-Able to whole house design.
-Prepare and proficient on space planning, details drawing, 3D renderings, documentations and scheme specifications.
-Preparing rough sketches and detailed work with CADD Systems.
-Liaison with contractors / suppliers / clients if necessary.
-At least two (2) years’ working experience in Commercial / Residential interior and exterior design.
-Knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketchup, Adobe Illustrator or others relevant 3D software.
-Ability to generate, draw, visualise and present new ideas and concepts.
-Proactive at work and passionate in designing.
-Responsible and Teamwork skills.

-Responsibilities

- 最好具有管道/维护/技术/电气/建筑/翻新/木工/相关工程方面的经验
- 管道工程，安装，维修，水池过滤器服务
- 根据需要协助现场团队
- 装卸材料，工具和设备
- 按时间表定期执行维护服务
- 在客户的场所交付，安装和测试设备
- 维修和保养翻新/建筑/相关设备
- 不断关注工作流程，工作效率和技术质量的改善
- 履行管理层不时分配的其他职责

-Experience in Piping / Maintenance / Technical / Electrical / Construction / Renovations / Carpentry works/ Related Works
-Piping works, installation, repairing, pool filter services and provide maintenance of the above various problems
-Assisting site team as required.
-Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment
-To perform maintenance services on regular basis per schedule
-Delivering, installing and testing equipment at customer’s premises
-Repairing and maintaining renovation / construction/ related equipment
-Constantly look into the improvement of workflow, work efficiency and technical quality
-To carry out others duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time
