We had a customer that handed us this weird little vehicle for restoration.

This vehicle's fork and front wheels can be extended for standing, and this is part of a larger vehicle.

Take a guess what it is and its function, winner gets a teh ais ikat tepi from tokeh kedai Mr Fong.

BMW K100, rare breed manufactured from '83-'92, legend has it that this bike is only one of a few rare units in Malaysia.

We enjoyed having our hands with this beaut, making some low profile customized panels, seat and such.

Kawasaki Ninja 250 Bratstyle. Sneak peak.

Naza 250 naked, the owner just bought the bike already customed, but wanted a total make-over, he left the bike to us and say "design what you can" as long as its camo green, and we did that, in camo green.

The original design of the bike was quite angular that made our design easier, we completely built a single seater ala "superbike" style from ground up. The front mudguard and the headlamp panel was also done by Yudi, sweat and hardwork paid off.

We tidied up the wiring works and slapped on an aftermarket muffler to top it off.

The owner cant wait to ride it, thanks for using our services brother.

Done installing Yamaha R1 fork and swing arm to the Yamaha FZ6.

Yamaha GX400, does it gets any more old school than this? Four stroked, parallel twin and air cooled, it also has 37 HP under its seat

When it arrived at our shop it was totally, lets say weathered and aged. But we gave this girl alot of TLC, restored every inch and gave her a new coat. Now she looks as good as new. Quite a rare sight of this bike I must add.

Made in the 70s, the Berlin twin boxers BMW R75/7 was the dream bike of the day. This owner brought it to us for a facelift and to modernize it.

Modernized it we did, same old beating heart but body of a model, we kind of made it into a brat style.

Made some panels and mudguards, resprayed the body, put on some sweet Ohlins and it looks right out of a showroom.

Customer testing kite punya kung-fu sebelum kasi kite project lagi lepasni.

Kite diberikan satu Naza 250 N5, wiring ada masalah sikit, moto masa on the way ke bengkel tetibe tak hidup, custom seat pon tidak diikat securely. Tapi moto ni manyak2 potensi untuk dicustomkan.

So admin lukiskan design dgn idea "futuristic" dan propose kite jadikan moto sebagai street fighter dengan angular design, headlamp macam robokop dan single seat yg sporting.

Customer very easy to deal, die happy kite pon happy.

So far sifu Yudi dah start potong dan fabricate untuk sport single seat dulu. kite cerita nanti.

Project underway. CB400 baby.

Pembedahan bermula, pesakit merupakan Yamaha YZF R1 5VY yang akan mendermakan fork dan swing-arm untuk projek yg akan datang.

Harley Davidson, a name and a brand almost everyone age 5 and up would recognize. I have never thought I will ever like one or even want to own one of the bike from Harley, I'm always a big ass fan of the Inline Fours.

And then came this Harley Davidson XL1200 "Forty-Eight", the name is intimidating enough, has an "XL", "1200" and "Forty-Eight" as if a local name of a secret society.

Again, once it rolled out of the gates of LSM Customworks, my jaw dropped, shocked and awed. It was sexy, sophisticated and sleek. Our boys did it.

We made the pair of Handguards, well, to guard the rider's hands and to warn the driver in front to "Move" "Over", the drivers in front will most likely look at the rear-view mirror to see whats up with the loud sound of exhaust coming from behind, not quite sure if they have time to read the message on the guards. LOL

Custom made the "Windshield" panel above the headlamp, very ergonomic, very clean, very smooth.

Next, is the bit that made my head turn, the (I dont know what its call so I'm gonna call it) "Fork Cover Guard" (LOL), only a handful of bikes comes with this kinda thing, mostly on concept bikes and the Kawasaki Z1000 (2010 model). Very unique, it totally changed the look of the whole bike.

Lastly, we made the front footrest, gave it a bit of an industrial look to go with the bike look.

Very satisfied work, and a very satisfied owner of LSM Customworks.

Modifying a bike is endless, be it for performance or for looks, and then there is modification to look like a Cafe Racer.

Introducing the Honda CB400SF Hyper VTEC Revo Cafe Racer (what a mouthful), as if the bike is not famous or fast enough with the VTEC, the bike owner took a step further and merge another legendary superbike Yamaha YZF R1, the looks of the finished product is... See for yourself, its amazing!

Where do I start, we totally have to strip everything down, re-do the wiring, and started our Frankenstein project bike. The fork, rims and swingarm is transplanted from the R1, while the original CB4 petrol tank is remained, we hand made the tail and seat with cushion, we also custom made the side panel. With a touch of a modern look with the round LED headlamp, it sort of made the bike look old school yet filled the night roads with extra bright lights. The rear set has been further extended to the back slightly too.

Oops, I nearly forgotten to mentioned that the full system exhaust system is 100% hand made by us, in-house.
