Position: Landscape Architect /Marketing Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Research and identify potential project opportunities.

- Presentation of proposal to clients

- Responsible for timely submissions of quotation/proposals/tenders.

- Provide feedback and reports to Business Development Manager as required.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.

- Required Skill(s): Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel.

REQUIREMENTS

- At least Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architect, Marketing, Communication, Business Management or Construction related technical fields.

- At lease 2 years and above experience in consultant/developer/construction line (Executive).

- Good presentation skills, proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa.

- Confident, presentable and strong business sense.

- Organised, self-disciplined, and self-driven.
