- Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in the Automotive Industry
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor will be an added advantage
- Has excellent communication & customer service skills
- Willing to work in Glenmarie, Shah Alam
- Willing to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday, 8.30AM - 6.00PM)

- Interact and update customers on the status of their car
- Recommend solutions for their car
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with our services
- Submit a report for warranty claims

- Meals (lunch & tea break) provided
