19-5-2019 is our first day of business.

10 months down the road, COVID lockdown happened, we were then rely on full delivery/take away only business. There were strict SOPs when dine-in allowed, looking at the dropped of sales, we were devastated. However, thank you to you all who has been supporting us throughout, we managed to survived through.

Job brief
We are looking for a Chef to join our team and prepare delicious meals for our customers.

Chef responsibilities include studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes. You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. Also, you should be familiar with sanitation regulations. If you have experience with advanced cooking techniques and non-traditional ingredients, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you’ll prepare and deliver a complete menu that delights our guests.

Responsibilities
-Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales
-Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients
-Cook food in a timely manner
-Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
-Inform wait staff about daily specials
-Ensure appealing plate presentation
-Supervise Cooks and assist as needed
-Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
-Monitor food stock and place orders
-Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
-Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
-Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area

Requirements
-Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook
-Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers)
-Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques
-Leadership skills
-Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
-Excellent time management abilities
-Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
-Familiarity with sanitation regulations

An experienced barista who is armed with coffee knowledge, a Head Barista manages the daily operations of an outlet, and develops quality standards and service as well as barista training manuals. Other responsibilities include conducting barista training; maintaining the outlet's service standards, product quality and cleanliness; handling customer complaints concerning quality and service; managing supplies; and resolving inconsistencies in operations or orders.

JOB POSITIONS:
- Cafe Manager (RM2,300.00 to RM2,800.00/month) : Cafe Manager responsibilities include scheduling shifts for baristas and wait staff, monitoring daily expenses and revenues and ordering supplies like coffee, milk and snacks, as needed.

- Cafe Supervisor (RM1600.00 to RM1900.00/month) : The Cafe Supervisor is an entry level management team member designed for individuals to begin expanding their work knowledge and supervisory responsibilities. The Café Supervisor will lead the day-to-day foodservice operation with emphasis on team member and guest satisfaction. They will provide leadership, support, motivation and development of team members creating a positive environment that encourages ownership and accountability providing a quality guest experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School, SPM.
- Required language(s): English, Chinese.
- At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice highly preferred.
