We believe that with proper informed choices available, patients will be empowered to know the name, strength and purpose of medication thus enhance the compliance and effects of medication use. Right now, unfortunately this model of service is not commonly available in Malaysia. Some of the pharmacies do not even have a pharmacist to dispense the medication. In Alive Pharmacy, we can assure you that your medication and health needs are being attended by a professional pharmacist who is attentive, patient and respectful at a reasonable price.
