I’m not blaming any other lalamove drivers only this DRIVER!

Incident 26/11/2023:

I booked lalamove at 6.44pm..
The driver called and said will reach at 7.15pm and I asked him to deliver (cake) to my customer before 8pm..
But he reached at 7.22pm, I understand that he might stuck at traffic..
She (my customer) called the driver to check.. She was upset because the driver was so rude to her and said that he won’t deliver to her..
Then she asked me to cancel the cake delivery and asked him to return the cake back to me..
She wants refund for cake RM90!
So how about my money that I spent to do the cake ?
He called me at 8.32pm and said that his car broke down.
Am I to be blamed?
He should have checked his car before he take someone’s order..
Please advise and take action!
