1.β β Re-Rack Your Weights: Always re-rack your weights after use. This helps maintain order and safety in the gym.
2.β β Proper Workout Attire:
* Compulsory Footwear: Sports shoes are mandatory. This ensures safety and proper support during workouts.
* Prohibited Footwear: Slippers, Crocs, and sandals are not allowed in the gym.
