我们家围绕着长辈们投喂古早味长大
变得味蕾挑剔，对一些食物更是带着 “没有比外婆/阿姨/舅母的好吃”🤣

刚开始，很抗拒 做传统年饼，因为很-多-工 🫠
成本或许比一些蛋糕和一些曲奇低，但更耗时，
也就是需要花更长的时间也只做到某个数量
相等于 #时间成本高 ， #人工高

但当你看到渐渐年长的长辈，
传统手工也越来越少人愿意接手学习

好像，也不得不学着点
失传的手艺，确实可惜
就算不卖，也至少能把传统手艺保留着

当然，市场需求

小时候妈妈会在巴刹卖饼干的档口买一款很酥很香的核桃酥
那时候不知道叫什么，
只懂很好吃
就可以当零嘴不自觉给啃完
（可是很热气🙈）
吃起也很有蛋香味
（以前就称它为鸡蛋饼😆）

渐渐长大以后
忘了是因为搬家之后不再吃到
还是因为档口的uncle aunty都不在经营后
就再也没吃过类似的味道

因为找不到小时候吃过的味道和口感
所以决定R&D看看😤
从找食谱做guideline, 再到调整食谱再三尝试
从带点硬的脆，到脆得来也很酥的口感
找人试吃，综合记忆里味道 以及 意见的结合
终于，再三调整的改良版 - 开卖！
而且是小片的版本～
宁可一口接一口，好过一大片，又不是要来吃饱的😑

Indeed a good experience along the event. Being sold out in few hours time was out of expectation😅

Spent our time hanging around with other vendors & some conversation with organizer✨️

🐔Thank you for the sampling on chicken essence
🫚Get to know new vendor with their ginger tea products

Not to be missed to mentioned on the arrangement from the organizer & coordinator, Muzaffar & Adil for the very detailed arrangement and assisting from booth to designated carpark slot to direction on where & which entrance vendor should go with. 👏👏

This was definitely the first corporate with the best assistance & guidance we've ever encountered! 💯

Also, a BIG thank you for all the support from IGB staff 🙇‍♀️
