Everything you need to know about TRANSMISSION COOLER!

Most of you probably only heard of an engine oil cooler but today we're gonna tell you everything you need to know about cooler for your CVT transmission.

- Your CVT fluid inside your transmission is specially formulated to act as hydraulic fluid to lubricate and cool but also to have high friction so that it doesn't slip.

- If your fluid is pre-maturely broken down due to prolonged usage or heat, the CVT fluid will not be able to perform these function mention above.

Your stock WRX, XV, FORESTER, 86, BRZ comes with a small cooler but is it enough?

- If you daily drive your car, non-abusive manner, the stock cooler is more than sufficient but if you are the opposite kind, you are risking of damaging the CVT transmission.

Installing the aftermarket transmission cooler will give you the benefit of increase cooling efficiency over the stock unit. This will in turn keep your CVT in peak performance under challenging condition such as spirited drive, track and other motorsport disciplines.

*An aftermarket transmission cooler should not void your warranty (please refer to your warranty policy)
