If we refer to the overall retail and wholesale performance in the past six months (July to December 2022), most of the top executives were too optimistic about the performance in the first half of the year, leading to a misunderstanding of the market conditions in the second half of the year. Most manufacturers are indirectly pressuring sales of retailers and wholesalers to meet sales targets for the second half of the year. From those in the industry, we hear a lot of complaints about their day-to-day operations and financial constraints.
There are still two weeks to go before the 2022 year of complaining. Whether the sales target for the second half of the year is committed or abandoned depends on whether the cost of this amount can be absorbed, and it depends on the individual. Don't blame or point out that someone is cheating on you, there are two sides to the business game, take it or leave it.
The decisions you make will determine how your company grows and whether you can stay competitive and survive.
Throughout 2022, what have you learned and past signs that you need to take precautions and plan your company's direction for the coming year in 2023.

~ Is your financial liquidity healthy or struggling?
~ Is your DOM inventory high or healthy?
~ January 22nd is Chinese New Year, have you planned your month-end arrears and bonus amount?
~ Will your employees come back to work after Chinese New Year? If not coming back to work, why?
~ Can you meet your monthly sales target for January 2023?
~ Q1 Sales target you do need to plan carefully to avoid unnecessarily losing rebates and incentives from tire manufacturers or suppliers.
~ This critical decision you need to make in February 2023 is to continue or give up chasing sales target.
~ February 2023 is short, usually most business activities will return to normal after February 6th.
~ Awal Ramadan starts on March 23, so you need to consider whether your stock is enough to prepare for this festive sale.
~ If possible, boost your sales campaign by clearing out as much old DOM inventory as possible before the festival.
~ The sales performance in the first quarter (January to March 2023) will determine your foundation and future planning for the first half of the year.
~ There are still many external and internal issues affecting the sales progress of the tire industry.
~ In general, it still depends on the supply chain and global price factors to determine the industry situation.

如果当前的通货膨胀率对轮胎和汽车售后市场有任何迹象,那就是尽管价格上涨,消费者仍将继续购买食品和必需品。

那么,为什么轮胎经销商和汽车维修店不提高价格来抵消不断上涨的业务开支呢?

由于通货膨胀,消费者在食品、必需品等方面接受并支付更高的价格。

但是,我们有一些店主两年或更长时间没有提价。

我们看到了通货膨胀,我们的账单增加了。那么,如果他们此时不提高价格,他们从哪里来的钱呢?如果他们不提高价格,他们会去哪里?

如果你现在不能提高价格,你就永远不会提高价格。

商店不需要宣传它提高价格,就像杂货店或加油站和其他不宣布价格上涨一样。

" 涨价 "

你必须得到你应得的,你如何付出才能拥有最好的人才?你必须愿意为此收费。

对于店主来说,客户成本真的不应该是一个问题,因为最终是客户在了解为什么推荐服务后决定是否花钱。

店主真的应该质疑他们是否在为客户做最好的事情。

这是客户的车辆,应该由他们决定,而不是我们为他们担心。

" 市场烂,轮胎人自己作的? "

现在的轮胎市场用“脏乱差”形容毫不为过,轮胎销量节节攀升的背后是利润的下滑。轮胎人都感叹,生意不好做,每天都在泥水里打滚。市场竞争异常激烈,轮胎企业、经销商、轮胎店都在为那一点点利润互相厮杀。

< 低价竞争,只看销量 >

近几年,轮胎市场早已风光不再,轮胎市场供大于求的趋势使得轮胎厂家拓展市场变得异常困难。原来那种只要造出轮胎就有人抢的时代一去不复返了,而厂家又一味的追求销量,迫使轮胎渠道上的经销商零售店等只能牺牲利润,为的就是销量。完成任务是经销商首先考虑的,至于赚钱,那是后话,完不成任务可是会丢饭碗的。

< 投机取巧,不负责任 >

轮胎市场多年来都是鱼龙混杂,轮胎企业之间的差距非常之大,头部的轮胎企业口碑市场大丰收。而末流的轮胎企业面临的就是倒闭淘汰,轮胎市场两极分化非常严重,可能上午还在卖的轮胎下午厂家就倒闭了。这两年连续不断的涨价潮,轮胎企业好大喜功,盲目拓展市场,将压力都压在经销商身上。生存压力可想而知,最后树倒猢狲散,消失在历史的长河中。让合作的经销商和轮胎店干瞪眼,每天有无数个品牌诞生又有无数个品牌消亡,这样换汤不换药的经营策略,就是以牺牲合作伙伴为代价,难怪会被轮胎人所唾弃。

< 危机之下,仍在内斗 >

轮胎市场除了乱,就是卷。门店卷,渠道卷,以前轮胎店可以靠卖轮胎赚钱,现在卖轮胎赔钱。互联网电商卖轮胎比你进价还便宜,你还卖得出去?除了电商,轮胎店之间也是累死自己饿死同行。你卖 230 一条,我就卖 180 一条,我卖不出去,你也别想卖出去。服务同理,你换轮胎收 人工费,我就免费,大不了都不赚钱。轮胎市场长期处于这种状态,同行之间的厮杀比对消费者还惨烈,这样虽然让消费者占便宜,但长此以往,谁都活不下去。

现在轮胎市场内忧外患,在现在万物互联的时代,圈外人都在盯着轮胎这块肥肉。汽车后市场在近几年的发展中,门店服务毫无例外地涉及到了轮胎,在大量资本的冲击下,轮胎店很难与电商的线下店抗衡,在服务,价格上都无法匹敌。再加上轮胎店不可能去砸钱营销,在资本没撒光钱之前,轮胎店只能苟延残喘。就是这样的环境下,轮胎零售还在互相打压,越是赚不到钱越是赔本赚吆喝,这样恶性循环,只会累死所有人。

< 转型升级,优胜劣汰 >

轮胎行业发展到现在,轮胎人拔苗助长似的发展短时间内效果显著,但是长此以往,并不能在复杂的国内国际环境中站稳脚跟。不过现在的轮胎行业已经意识到了转变迫在眉睫,拥有创新实力尖端技术和高端产品,实施创新驱动战略才是下一步的重点,不过轮胎行业前进虽然光明,但仍任重道远。

" 停产、限产、涨价、疫情、关店,轮胎企业雪上加霜 "

近期,轮胎企业面临着前所未有的压力,这场压力可以堪比 2020, 2021年那场突如其来的疫情。相较于 2020, 2021年,今年的轮胎企业还要面临着原材料价格高位的影响。

整个轮胎行业自上到下不禁感叹:轮胎生意太难了!

"又有两家企业宣布停产"

优科豪马轮胎在2022年3月18日向轮胎业务公司发表的一份声明中表示:将停止其俄罗斯子公司L.L.C. Yokohama R.P.Z.在俄罗斯利佩茨克经营的乘用车轮胎工厂的生产。

"我们的首要任务是履行对所有利益相关者的责任,包括集团员工及其家人,客户,销售代理商和业务合作伙伴,我们正在密切关注发展形势。

外文网也报道了倍耐力也将逐步停止在俄罗斯的轮胎生产,并且停止轮胎企业在俄罗斯的投资。据了解,倍耐力全球轮胎的10%是在两家俄罗斯工厂生产的。

是的,在此之前已经有普利司通、米其林等多家轮胎企业宣布停止在俄罗斯的生产。

如果说战争是影响某些外资轮胎企业在俄罗斯的业务,那么疫情则是插在国内轮胎企业胸口的一把刀。本次疫情全国爆发,山东、上海、吉林比较严重,而山东又被称为轮胎之都,已经有轮胎企业暂停运行又或者退而求其次选择限产。

而另外让轮胎企业感觉到头疼的还有另外一个原因,那就是受外围因素影响,出货阻力比较大,发货放缓。比如“中国轮胎看山东,山东轮胎看东营”的广饶,就有消息传出高速出入口只留了一个。

2022年3月18日,因为疫情管控需要,山东、福建、安徽等地多个高速收费站关闭。这对轮胎的出货造成了很大的阻碍,所以才会有人在朋友圈提到可能过几天即使你想要货、即使你有钱也送不到你手里。

在米其林轮胎近期的声明中也体现出了这一点,米其林在全国的多个仓库临时封控,暂不发货。

而近期也有媒体爆出在2022年3月16日的深圳确诊病例中,有一名确诊的人员疑似是深圳建大轮胎厂的员工。建大轮胎在深圳确实有工厂,工厂建立于1990年。

" 涨价通知应接不暇 "

本次涨价潮为全球性的,并且是多家密集接连不断地涨价。

佳通轮胎(美国)有限公司计划在5月份提高乘用车和中型卡车轮胎的价格。该轮胎制造商表示,将把在美国销售的所有佳通生产乘用车,轻型卡车和卡客车轮胎的价格提高8%。

该公司的上调是为了应对"原材料成本和其他业务和运营费用的持续增长"。

疫情、战争导致全球物流、航运发生大范围停滞,轮胎国际贸易受到严重影响。这无疑为正在不断下滑的全球经济又蒙上了一层霜。经济持续低迷必将加剧轮胎行业动荡,轮胎企业的风险点显著增多。轮胎企业之间,国家与国家之间的贸易博弈将加剧,由此带来的贸易摩擦将会接连不断。

"停产、关厂、涨价,俄乌形势对轮胎行业影响有多大"

俄罗斯与乌克兰之间的冲突目前尚未平息,随着战争态势的发展,各行各业受影响程度不等。战火扩散,对轮胎行业的影响也在日益突出。

1. 多家轮胎企业停产

外媒报道显示,“由于对乌克兰的战争”,某知名轮胎企业已暂停其位于俄罗斯卡卢加工厂的生产。此外,该企业还暂停了全公司范围内进出俄罗斯的产品进出口。

本月初,米其林全球官网发布公告。米其林表示:受俄乌战争,米其林集团在物流和运输方面,面临着巨大的困难。

外媒报道,米其林在莫斯科地区的轮胎工厂将从3月14日起停产。
米其林表示,原材料暂时断供是工厂停产的主要原因,具体的启动时间,他们会根据局势的发展稍后发布。

此外,米其林法国Cholet工厂从11日起停产三天,因为原料短缺问题,当地35%的炭黑是从俄罗斯进口,预计下一步情况或将变得更糟。

俄乌战争,受影响最严重的的轮胎企业非芬兰诺记莫属。

数据显示,诺记乘用轮胎产量中的82%是在俄罗斯生产的。而随着战争的出现,在俄外资企业前途未卜。诺记表示:“我们已经启动了应急计划,以减轻对我们业务的财务和运营影响。例如,我们正在将轮胎运输到离客户更近的地方,确保我们工厂的原材料供应,将选定的关键产品线的生产从俄罗斯转移到芬兰和美国。

她说,并非所有在俄罗斯制造的产品都可以在芬兰或美国的工厂生产,目前还没有任何制裁措施影响诺记的俄罗斯业务。因此,诺记轮胎对于2022年的展望还存在着非常大的未知性。

据不完全统计有其它大型轮胎制造商在俄罗斯开展业务。包括:普利司通、米其林、倍耐力公司、T泰坦国际、芬兰诺记和优科豪马。

但战争对轮胎行业的影响远不止当下看到的这么简单。

2. 原油价格飙升,油价14年新高

俄罗斯作为全球主要石油出口国之一,由此造成了原油价格疯涨,伦敦布伦特原油期货价格一度达到 139.13 美元/桶,美国 WTI 原油期货价格一度突破 130 美元/桶。

随着原油价格的不断升高,国际油价飙升逾10%,触及2008年以来最高水准。近日,国内期市的能源板块多品种飘红,其中原油主连、燃油主连、低硫燃油主连等合约涨停,LPG(液化石油气)主连合约涨幅超6%。

3. 轮胎涨价拉开帷幕

2022年3月11日,厦门正新海燕轮胎有限公司发布通告,自2022年4月1日起,对旗下生产的TBR产品价格上涨3%。

据不完全统计,2021下半年以来 ,涨价的轮胎企业已有上百年;2022年截止目前发布涨价通知的轮胎企业已有30多家,涨价通知50多份。从涨价通知中能看出厂商的压力与无奈,而这只是一部分,国外市场以及轮胎企业出口价格自然也会同步上调。

俄乌战争,原材料开始新一轮疯涨,这几天的持续疯涨,涨幅一波高过一波。

但轮胎厂家的涨幅相比高涨的原材料价格真是小巫见大巫,恐怕之前的涨价只是苗头更猛烈的涨价还在后边,毕竟无论轮胎厂家还是原材料厂家都是要吃饭的。

现在无论是亚洲、欧洲、还是美洲各大轮胎企业都纷纷发布涨价通知。经销商和轮胎店压力倍增,一些物流运输行业也纷纷哭诉着干不下去了。从长远来看,全球轮胎市场需求变大的趋势不会改变,轮胎生产成本递增的事实也不会改变。因此轮胎企业更应做出长远打算,短时间内轮胎价格受战争影响,恐再次走高。

"连涨半年!机油、轮胎最猛涨价潮来袭!"

据公开报道显示:在俄乌冲突背景下,欧美制裁俄罗斯能源的风险不断抬升,持续推高油价。根据相关部门测算,如果俄乌冲突继续升级,油价可能冲高至120-140美元/桶。如果俄乌谈判进展顺利、冲突缓和,叠加伊朗核协议顺利推进,油价或将见顶回落至80-100美元/桶。

俄乌大战,原材料开始新一轮疯涨,这几天的持续疯涨,涨幅一波高过一波。厂家苦苦支撑,坚持不涨价,可总有坚持不住的一天。

从去年开始,国内油价就处于涨不停状态,更是出现了“十三连涨”,年底到现在又涨了一波。仅2022年1月,包含美嘉壳在内的几十家润滑油厂家发布了“涨价通知”,平均涨幅都在20%左右。

知名轮胎企业 普利司通、米其林等大小轮胎品牌,在涨价的路上越走越远。从2021年下半年开始,各大轮胎企业甚至发出第四波、第五波、甚至第六波涨价潮。

爆发大规格的涨价潮,最难的当属轮胎经销商。经销商与经销商之间的竞争巨大,对于轮胎价格的敏感度更是高于轮胎企业,一旦价格发生变动,曾经费力打下的江山就有很大可能拱手相让。比如A轮胎经销商不涨价,B轮胎经销商涨价,那B的经销商的客户就会难以接受价格的差异,转头寻找新的下家。

轮胎终端市场的不景气,让轮胎店和经销商不敢进货;但是疯狂上涨的轮胎价格却让轮胎店和经销商不得不进货。而且还在提醒经销商涨价已成既定的事实,现在的价格只管现在,未来不排除涨价的可能。

" 囤还是不囤 ????? "

据有关媒体报道:各种合成橡胶的涨价幅度如下:丁苯橡胶(SBR)上涨35%,三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)上涨60%,丁腈橡胶(NBR)上涨57%,氯丁橡胶(CR)上涨28%。与此同时,橡胶补强剂炭黑(N300)的价格也上涨了38%。

目前就成本增幅而言,涨价是必然,这是企业的基本经营逻辑,世界上没有人会主动去做赔钱的买卖吧?但涨幅大小,涨价市场,要看3月中下旬的战争控制状况和市场启动情况。俄乌冲突缓解、运输正常、各地基建,投资等平稳回升态势,这些都决定了涨幅多少和涨幅时间。不用考虑了,降的概率几乎可以忽略不计。

所以囤还是不囤,选择大于努力!

HOW TREAD DEPTH AFFECTS A VEHICLE’S HANDLING

When thinking about the level of comfort the simple things give us, we can only hope for a similar level of comfort when driving a car on a cold day. Tread depth can help with this, which is discussed more below.

Maybe your car isn’t as comfortable as some amenities, but it shouldn’t feel like you’re sitting on an iceberg rumbling over a pile of rocks. The tread depth of a tire plays a big role in the comfort of a vehicle and how it rides. As a rule of thumb, more tread depth means more cushion between the driver and the road, leading to a better ride and comfort.

However, a better ride and comfort can sometimes mean less control of the vehicle or less handling.

Since tread depth affects nearly all tire performance, customers need to be aware of tread depth and their tire rotation routine. When new tires are put on a vehicle, all the corners of the vehicle should have the same tread depth. But, over time, not all tires wear out at the same rate as real-life driving is far from perfect.

Tires wear out at different rates given vehicle load, road conditions and suspension. Suspension changes or misalignment can lead some tires to wear differently on the centre and shoulder, and a vehicle with different tire performances in each corner isn’t safe on the road.

If tread depth is checked regularly and tires rotated with each oil change or every 8,000 to 10,000 km, the tires will be closer to unified performance and have longer wear.

"海运价格再度暴涨"

运价短暂下跌之后,在近日又迎来快速反弹!上海航运交易所数据显示,本周中国出口集装箱运价指数为3245.22,比上周同期高0.2个百分点。



运力短缺、运价高企,这些和海运相关的麻烦搞得轮胎企业一个头两个大。其实运费涨价这件事从2021年初就有迹可循。彼时,由于海外疫情严重,不少轮胎工厂陷入停产,因此大量订单流回国内,出口贸易量暴增,随之而来的也是集装箱和海运压力的增大。

此后发生在苏伊士运河的拥堵事件再次为已经不堪重负的海运添了把堵——因害怕突发事件,大量的预订订单再次推高了已经初现疯狂的集装箱运价!

由于目前海外疫情仍旧严重,困扰海运多时的港口拥堵、船员和集装箱紧缺、海外港口货运司机紧俏的问题仍未得到有效解决,因此,业内人士预测海运价格短期内难有较大变化。叠加,目前海外正值假期,当地企业开工率低,因此更加依赖于货物进口,因此即使目前集装箱价格趋势较为平稳,但海运运费会继续维持高

有业内人士指出,集装箱价格若想回到2020年以前,至少还要再等一年以上的时间。



海运重压短时间内无法逆转,因此学会如何在压力之下顽强成为了明年轮胎企业的一场“试炼”。

上文我们提到了太高海运价格的几大因素,那么从这些因素的解决方案入手,轮胎企业逐步就能“化险为夷”。

首先,运输方式要多变。除了轮胎企业已经熟悉的FOB模式,目前我国出台了多项举措增加的海运新物流模式,甚至通过铁路运输,帮助轮胎做好出口工作。此外,轮胎企业还要多拓展海运公司资源,与多家海运公司继续保持良好的合作互动——即使有一家轮胎公司临时掉链子,轮胎企业仍有其他解决方案。

有业内人士的就提议,轮胎企业可成立专门的货代公司,并与船东建立长期合约,在舱位很紧张的情况下,也可获取一些舱位,缓解部分的柜子需求。

其次,针对码头拥堵的问题,目前已有不少海外经销商在码头搭建临时库房,由其企业自建陆运团队解决交付延迟的问题。虽然国内轮胎企业不一定要投入高资金,但是如果能够寻找在海外港口拥有仓库的物流企业来分散到港货物处理压力,调节物流运输周期,对于出口订单的交付也有极大的促进作用。

最后,轮胎企业要量力而行。由于今年国内替换市场表现冷淡,不少企业都将宝押到了出口身上,也在花大价钱预订集装箱,但随着近几个月制造成本大幅上升,轮胎盈利空间正在变得越来越低,最终造成出口订单盈利受挫。

这种只追求出口高利润、高订单额而忽略了节同时异的成本的行为,到头来只能让轮胎企业“竹篮打水一场空”——接了无数海外订单却没有一笔订单赚钱。因此,量力而行,做好利润测算后再接单也是轮胎企业增强承压力的关键。

此外,由于目前天然橡胶等原材料的购买也需要通过海运,因此轮胎企业还要实时关注原材料库存,做好备货才能抵御住当前海运诸多不确定因素带来的周转不畅等风险。

海运,估计将会是接下来很长一段时间轮胎企业躲不开的话题,但是从长远角度来看,在经历过这样一场“生死考验”之后,轮胎企业对于未来全球市场布局和风险对抗能力将会进一步增强。那些在危机中依旧能够“乘风破浪”的企业,在累积足够大风险对抗经验和措施后也将会迎来更好的发展机会。

Yokohama Rubber to Establish a New Joint Venture Tyre Sales Company in Malaysia.

The Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd., has announced that on January 1, 2022 it will establish Yokohama Tyre Sales Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., as a joint venture with YHI International Limited (YHI), the exclusive distributor of YOKOHAMA tyres in Southeast Asia, and its subsidiary YHI (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (YHIM).

Malaysia is one of the largest and fastest growing markets for automotive products in the ASEAN region, which Yokohama Rubber regards as a key regional market. The new joint venture will bring together YHIM’s broad sales network and strong track record in the local market with Yokohama Rubber’s global marketing strategies and extensive tyre brand lineup to further expand Yokohama Rubber’s local market share by capturing tyre replacement demand while also establishing a foundation for further growth in the expanding Malaysian market.

The establishment of the joint venture will also further strengthen Yokohama Rubber’s ties with YHI and facilitate achieving the goals of its medium-term management plan Yokohama Transformation 2023 (YX2023) in the Malaysian market. Under this plan, the consumer tyre business aims to maximize the sales ratio of its core high-value-added tyres, comprising the global flagship ADVAN brand, the GEOLANDAR brand of tyres for SUVs and pickup trucks, and various winter tires. Toward that goal, the business is expanding the size lineups for these tires and implementing product and regional business strategies that will increase sales of tires that respond to specific trends in each regional market.

Continental will be the original equipment tyre supplier for the new BMW 4 Series worldwide.

The company’s EcoContact 6 summer tyres in 17- and 18-inch sizes along with the WinterContact TS 860 S winter tyres in 18- and 19-inch sizes have been approved as standard fitment.

The EcoContact 6, specially developed for low fuel consumption and high mileage, provides ample braking performance, reliable grip and great cornering stability at high speeds. Further, all tyres have an XL marking to indicate an increased load capacity.

The WinterContact TS 860 S offers performance on snow with high safety reserves for steering precision. The winter tyres are self-supporting in the event of a puncture. Dr Holger Lange, responsible for tyre development at Continental, said, "In case of tyre puncture, the reinforced sidewall prevents the side of the tyre from becoming trapped between the road and the rim, thus preventing it from slipping off. This means that drivers with a damaged tyre can still drive 80 kilometres to the nearest workshop.”

2021年第四季度已经开始一段时间了,而盘桓在轮胎人脑袋中的只有两个字——“涨价”。已经到来的秋冬季节,未来会有怎样的趋势以及消费者有怎样的需求,而轮胎经营者又该如何面对?

对于未来目前认为将会有五大变化。

1. 产品短缺

虽然终端市场一直表现的都是产品充足,库存压力较大。但是产品短缺可能是未来将要面临的问题。据了解山东一些轮胎企业的开工率维持在四五成,甚至一些轮胎企业都已经出现了停产的情况。

这对于未来的趋势并不乐观,外加上环保逐渐加压,限产限电继续,未来轮胎企业的开工率不会短时间内迅速复苏,这就会出现一些轮胎企业订单发货时间延长。

2. 价格变化

即使如何嘴硬,也无法磨灭今年轮胎价格上涨的事实。今年是轮胎行业价格调涨持续时间长、涨价幅度大的一年。并且并不排除价格继续上涨的可能,比如去年虽然轮胎涨价通知铺天盖地,但是外资轮胎企业涨价呼声小。

但是今年,外资轮胎企业先从欧美市场陆续发布涨价通知,在9月初轮胎市场中多家轮胎企业发布涨价通知。随着轮胎企业产能的进一步压缩、轮胎原材料制造成本压力倍增,未来几个月只有可能涨价,大幅降价几乎不会出现。而价格调降还得寄希望于2022年了。

3. 运输困难

运输困难这个是针对国产轮胎企业的出口,保守来讲美国35%的轮胎都是依靠于进口。采购集装箱以运输产品以及海运班轮的可用空间有限,从而导致运输的长期延误。我们不仅看到长时间的延误,而且高额运输成本还在继续增加。

4. 零售人才短缺

这个是针对轮胎行业终端市场来看,随着年轻一代进入社会中,老一辈的退出轮胎行业,新一代的人接不上,就会出现零售人才短缺情况。零售商很难找到经验丰富的技术人员来检查、维护或安装。

5. 地理环境变化

这个是针对轮胎店以及轮胎经销商的备货情况,由于其他国家地大物博、南北温差比较大,目前情况来看多地早已预备了冬季轮胎店宣传和销售。尤其是北方的轮胎店和经销商更是需要合理的规划自己的库存来应对天气带来的变化。

备注:

最后提到对于轮胎经销商和轮胎店的建议:合理库存,虽然涨价的呼声依然很高,但是钱在手中比货在手中更强。虽然价格上涨依旧是可预见性,但是终端市场的不景气已经让轮胎店和经销商吃尽了苦头。

如果是因为预见轮胎价格即将上涨,大肆进货以求未来赚取差价那么你最终只能是聪明反被聪明误,轮胎经销商最重要的是资金流动性,如果仅压货资金流动不起来,压货会让你赔的底儿掉;而轮胎店最重要的是保住利润,不要好高骛远,没有足够的能力站在高处只能摔得最惨!

Yokohama Off-Highway Tires (YOHT) has announced a 4.5 percent price hike on all its products from 1 December 2021.

YOHT’s 4.5 percent price hike is lower than the average price hike witnessed by the industry during the past year. This low-price hike has only been possible because YOHT absorbs a significant part of the cost increases instead of passing them on to the customers.

Continuously increasing cost for freight and raw material has been cited as the reason for this price hike.

Koen van Gemert, Head of Finance – Europe, YOHT, said, “Price increases are what manufacturers least like to announce. And yet, given the current situation in the markets, this cannot be avoided. YOHT, however, is doing everything possible to reduce the burden on business partners to the absolute minimum.”

第一关:赊账多要账难

估计不少轮胎店老板和销售会直接倒在第一关——要账难。纵观轮胎店老板和店员的朋友圈,发的最多的除了新品到货,就是要账!轮胎销售,赊账已成常态,尤其是卡客车轮胎销售。卡客车轮胎替换无论在数量还是在价格上对于轿车都具有碾压性优势,因此想要多赚钱就得维护好商用胎客户——赊账已成为留住大客户的有力手段。然而赊账容易要账难,客户能拖着不给钱就不给钱,因此每到月底,轮胎店老板销售齐上阵,求爷爷告奶奶找客户要回款。

第二关:讨价还价占便宜

虽然有小部分客户会赊着赊着就跑路,但是大部分客户也只是想拖账但绝不会赖账。对于谁能赊账,谁能一次性付清所有费用,轮胎店老板心里也有数。但是即使对于要账“身经百战”的轮胎店对于第二关的这类客户也同样心塞——想尽办法不愿给钱的车主。

有这样的一类消费者,把占便宜演绎到了极致。换了一次轮胎就只想花卖轮胎的钱把四轮定位、动平衡的钱都省下来,甚至还期待着轮胎店再送一次免费保养。常挂在嘴边的口头禅就是“你们别骗我,我知道这些服务没多少钱。”殊不知,以上服务无论是设备还是人工,都需要花费大量时间和资金,轮胎店要是免费提供不出一个月就得关门完蛋。

还有嫌弃轮胎价格高,不断砍价,想用低端轮胎的价格卖高端轮胎,动不动就是“所有轮胎都一样”,不管品牌规格花纹的不同全都要老板用同一个价格卖给他。这种占便宜没够的车主常常弄得轮胎店不知所措,高技术含量、高性能的轮胎成本就高,售价怎么可能便宜,“一分钱一分货”的道理有的车主怎么老是不想搞明白呢?

第三关:不懂装懂

还有一类客户更让轮胎店哭笑不得——拿着网络百科换轮胎。在换轮胎时,这一类车主总觉得轮胎师傅要赚钱,因此每个环节都过问,每个环节都提出自己的意见。选轮胎的时候不换适配轮胎,非得要换根本都装不上的便宜轮胎;卸轮胎的时候又有“被迫害妄想症”,觉得轮胎店要对自己的爱车动手脚;做四轮定位的时候又觉得轮胎店在想办法赚钱,死活都要直接开走。对于这一类有想法的“大专家”,轮胎店真是伤透了脑筋。好好想想吧,如果不懂轮胎,轮胎工怎么能在业内待了几十年!放下手机,好好听轮胎工的话,专业人士骗你干嘛?

第四关:电商乱象影响销售

而以上这三种车主大多都师承“网络电商”。到店里,看着手机条轮胎;换轮胎时,拿着网络百科看步骤;付费时,拿着手机比价格,迷信网络所言全是真的,殊不知电商虽方便但是骗人也真多。打开黑猫投诉,几乎全是网店受害者——电商乱象不仅害了自己,也因为其各类迷幻手段误导车主笃信电商之言,伤害线下轮胎店生意。自电商乱象(不计成本压低价格)开始,已有不少轮胎店被害关门。

第五关:病胎一补再补

最后一关最危险——该换胎不换,大面积修补过的轮胎和病胎还要只修补的索命车主。该换胎不换胎的行为最终有可能导致在修补过程中爆胎,伤及补胎工性命。几乎每年,轮胎店或者汽修店都会发生上百起因轮胎爆炸致人伤亡的案件。但是由于受伤害的永远是轮胎工,车主鲜少负责赔偿,因此不少车主根本不把别人的安全放在自己身上。他们只认为换胎是轮胎店想要赚钱,殊不知不换胎,这条“病胎”随时都能要了你和周围人的命!

轮胎店里每个人都在起早贪黑地赶生活,常常是干了一天轮胎活连水都顾不上喝。即使是这样,有时候一天的工资也仅够支付一份最廉价的盒饭。但是即使是这样,轮胎工也不愿意多赚你一分钱,老老实实帮你修胎换胎,保你一路平安,这样的轮胎工你还怎么忍心欺负呢

South Korea-based leading global tire manufacturer Hankook Tire announced recently that it will expand its line of Dynapro products to include the brand-new Rugged Terrain Dynapro XT and next generation Dynapro AT2 Xtreme tires.

For the North American market, the Dynapro XT will be available in 30 sizes, while the Dynapro AT2 Xtreme will be available in 32 sizes. The Dynapro AT2 Xtreme will continue adding new sizes through a phased launch, eventually reaching 98 total sizes by 2022.

The Dynapro XT is the company’s first Rugged Terrain product and features high-rigidity polygonal blocks and wide zig-zag grooves that offer excellent off-road traction in rugged conditions, as well as an aggressive sawtoothed sidewall design that provides protection against punctures. The Dynapro XT also comes equipped with a 3-Peak Mountain Snowflake rating, allowing for excellent performance in severe snow conditions. Hankook says the tire’s optimized pattern provides a quiet and comfortable ride using arranged pitch variation technology, chamfered edges that minimize road impact and shoulder block cushions that absorb road noise.

The Dynapro AT2 Xtreme, successor to the popular Dynapro AT2, has now been re-designed with a more aggressive shoulder profile, enhanced noise reduction and longer mileage with a 60k mileage warranty. Its high-depth sidewall blocks and cross-combined shoulder scoops enhance off-road traction and help prevent cuts and abrasions. The Dynapro AT2 Xtreme is also 3-Peak Mountain Snowflake rated, Hankook says, built with multi-directional grooves and sipes as well as biting block edges that provide added traction in wet and severe snow conditions. Although more aggressive than its predecessor, the Dynapro AT2 Xtreme still provides quiet and comfortable on-road performance with its noise-reducing tie-bars and staged block edges.

“What makes the off-roading and overlanding communities so incredible is their enthusiasm and deep knowledge of every upgrade to their vehicle, and tires are no exception,” explained Curtis Brison, Vice President of PCLT Sales. “Having the opportunity to further support that next adventure and expand our off-road Dynapro offering to include the XT and AT2 Xtreme, along with the heavy-duty MT2, is an exciting moment.”

“Built to perform in extreme rugged terrains, the Dynapro XT will provide drivers with functional off-road performance without compromising style, comfort and quietness,” stated Kijong Kil, Vice President of RE Development.

With the addition of the Dynapro XT and Dynapro AT2 Xtreme, Hankook’s Dynapro family of products now covers on-road, off-road, all-terrain and rugged terrain segments to suit the needs of both Light Truck and SUV/CUV consumers. The Dynapro XT and Dynapro AT2 Xtreme will be available in the North American market, with the continued release of additional sizes throughout the remainder of 2021 and 2022.

Ferrari has chosen a custom version of Bridgestone’s new Potenza Sport ultra-high performance tyre for its new GT car. The tyre manufacturer collaborated with the supercar brand to produce bespoke rubber for the 620bhp, rear-wheel drive Ferrari Roma. The tyre is produced in the Bridgestone’s specialist Rome EMIA Technology and Innovation Centre, boasting the tyre-maker’s latest technologies, and is the result of close development work to fine-tune the all-round performance of the newly-launched Bridgestone tyre. It is supplied to the Ferrari Roma in 245/35ZR20 91Y and 285/35ZR20 (100Y) front and rear sizes.
