1.5 KM ROAD PROJECT to the nearest Maternity Hospital and Secondary School COMPLETED. Such an awesome feeling to drive thru the NEW ROAD bringing the secondary students to school, a FULL truckload of them 🤣. The road ends at a long high-suspension bridge that crosses over Sungei Sugut to the school and to the maternity hospital. It was a beautiful sight when crossing the river. Thank you so much to our DONORS who gave to make this ROAD possible. Thank you to those who shared our post, prayed and believed in this project.

In the year 2019, JULY, Pertubuhan Komuniti ELITE initiated a ROAD into Kampung Giring from Kampung Kawiyan bringing improvement in livelihood and well-being to the people in 5 villages. Yet the road is in poor condition. They are NARROW and STEEP. During raining season, the villagers are not able to use it. Our volunteers found difficulties too as the steep hill + muddy road makes our car goes sideways or rolls backwards into a ditch. 😅 Some parts of the road collapsed due to no culvert. In 2020, TechnipFMC answers our call for upgrading the road. In my next post will be pictures of the road being WIDEN and LEVELLED.

A 2.5 KM road in the interior of Ranau Sabah. We pave way for medical, healthcare and economic activities to take place. No connectivity, no running water, no electricity yet it is filled with beautiful people. Works has started on 28 the March Yours truly will be back there on the 11th April to monitor the works. This is Zam from Taman Sri Nanding Hulu Langat. Today he started his business again, a burger stall with the help of a small capital from ELITE. He lost most of his things in his home and also his business during the flood. He spent his savings on rebuilding his home and we spent YOUR donation to help him rebuild his business, his livelihood.
