Yup.. I know that we are martabak manis and this classic flavor of creamy corn is what we usually have in Apam Balik instead.
So, eventho the original martabak manis is not very famous with creamy corn as a topping, we still want to include this OG in our menu!

But the difference is you can see how loaded it is. Imagine every bite full of the creamy corn combined with the fluffy base and crispy sides. 🤤
