We welcome our client representatives from the Putrajaya project for the replacement of Hercules finger joints, which had lasted over 23 years since they were installed in year 2000 when the government administration center was established.
The clients witnessed the finger joint undergo a fatigue load test, which was in progress for 2,000,000 cycles. Hercules Finger Joints are installed in hundreds of projects spanning from Australia to Asia and Middle East. They are selected for their heavy-duty performance, durability, and more importantly, their riding comfort.

We are excited to welcome our esteemed clients, the main contractor, consultant, and Public Works Department from Bridge over Jalan Medan, Bintulu, to witness the Load Performance Testing of our HERCULES Pot Type bearings, illustrating HERCULES' commitment to delivering superior engineered products.

The Load Performance Testing was performed by competent testing engineers at i-Lab Testing and Research Centre, which is accredited to ISO 17025 for its Quality Management System. The bearings were inspected after testing and found to be of satisfactory quality.

We had a wonderful time breaking fast with Hercules Muslim staff during our night out. We enjoyed delightful food and the company of our HERCULES colleagues from various departments, all filled with laughters and warmth.

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming our esteemed raw material supplier VictChem with the manufacturer, DENKA from Japan to our factory 私たちの工場へようこそ.
It was a significant step in strengthening our collaborative efforts. This visit was not just a tour; it was an opportunity to deepen our relationships, gaining mutual confidence and reinforcing our commitment to support each other in every endeavor.
At HERCULES, we pride ourselves on being a trustworthy and reliable partner, and we are immensely grateful for the financial support from Mr. Chan of VictChem and technical expertise of Mr. Kamba and Mr. Iwai provide. Such interactions are vital, as they not only enhance our operational efficiencies but also ensure that we continue to deliver exceptional value to our customers. For the first time, our traditional annual company dinner was not celebrated. This decision emerged from the necessity to maintain uninterrupted production throughout Chinese New Year on an overseas project, challenged by some difficult characters of client whose priorities are unfortunately skewed by personal ego and biases, take precedence over the contractual project specifications and Approved Quality Plan (MQP) . This is unfortunate.

Yet, in the face of these obstacles, the spirit of HERCULES remains steadfast. The resilience among our team shone brightly. Our dedicated factory staff were treated to KFC boxes for lunch, a gesture that brought smiles and a sense of unity. Also, lucky draws, generously sponsored by our suppliers, added an element of excitement and gratitude to our day. For our office staff, a modest yet meaningful "YeeShang" dinner was organized, ensuring that every member of our team felt appreciated and valued.

This act of solidarity, amidst unforeseen challenges, underscore the strength and perseverance inherent in the HERCULES spirit. It's a testament to our collective resilience, proving that even in the absence of our traditional celebrations, our commitment to each other and to our values remains unwavering.

It was a wonderful night out celebrating a successful land deal and bidding farewell to our engineer, Tasha. It might not have been a Friday, but the food was great, the company was delightful, and the bowling game was a lot of fun and laughters. The champion was a "mother-to-be" Laily from i-lab Testing and Research Centre.

Thank God! The first container has finally been uploaded! This project has been the most challenging one, with tedious chemical, physical, and 100% performance testing to Ultimate Limit States. The bearings are expected to remain suitable for further use in the project even after undergoing ULS stress.

HERCULES, in partnership with our esteemed client CRBC, is making remarkable progress in the construction of the Muara Lassa bridge project, Sarawak, Malaysia. Equipped with a fleet of 16 sets of post-tensioning stressing equipment, HERCULES is steadily advancing towards the successful completion of this ambitious undertaking.
Hercules' dedication to safety and quality serves as the guiding principle throughout the construction, ensuring that each process of the bridge adheres to project specifications and design standards.
Through proper planning, utilizing modern construction technology, and a highly skilled workforce, Hercules is forging ahead, bringing this monumental bridge project closer to reality.

HERCULES has recently invested in advanced machines to meet the high demand for our products from Australia to Asia and Middle East and Europe including the production of 25,000 units of elastomeric bearings with a total worth of USD 20 million. We recognize the need to improve our production capabilities in order to efficiently meet the demands of our customers.
The new machines will allow HERCULES to increase its production capacity through improved productivity while maintaining a high level of CE Certified quality in our products.
This investment demonstrates Hercules' commitment to meeting the needs of our customers and our willingness to make significant investments to ensure our sustainability in the global industry.

Despite being one of the longest projects due to various reasons including the pandemic, inflation, material and labor shortages, the construction of LRT3 is finally coming to shape.
HERCULES is proud to have played important specialist roles in packages including GS01 to GS04, GS09 and GS10. Our contributions involved designing, fabricating, and erecting or installing temporary steelworks for concrete portals, form travellers for Balance Cantilever bridges, post-tensioning works, Launching and span alignment works for segmental constructions. HERCULES also designed, manufactured and installed pot-bearings as well as elastomeric bearings for various structures.
HERCULES would like to express our appreciation to all our engineers, supervisors, and workers who worked tirelessly under complex conditions day and night to ensure the success of this project.

HERCULES i-Lab Testing Research Centre (i-Lab TRC) has been accredited to ISO 17025:2015 by SAMM No. 836 since year 2017.

The laboratory consists of competent testing engineers, research scientists and qualified technicians. They are trained and certified to operate a wide range of calibrated testing equipment capable of performing chemical and physical tests as well as load performance tests that are in accordance with various International Standards.

I-Lab TRC capability is CE CERTIFICATION ( No. 0672-CPR-0986) by MPA Materials Testing Institute University Stuttgart, German. It's recognized and approved by government authorities, consulting engineers and contractors from local and different parts of the world.

HERCULES is proud to announce that Hercules is deeply honored to have been awarded the Specialist Work Contracts by China Road & Bridge Corporation (CRBC) for the Hercules Post-tensioning Systems, Hercules Machanical Pot-bearings (Vmax=48,000kN), Balance Cantilever Form Travelers and Marine Fenders for the 2.43km long RM 600mil Muara Lassa bridge connecting Daro to Pulau Bruit near Sibu in Sarawak.

Lunar New Year 2023...it's a time for HERCULES family to get together and meeting fellow Herculeans from different departments. Other than boss giving away "Ang Pow" and refreshments, there were also wonderful sharings in improving working relationships...

It's wonderful to have late evening Progress Meeting to implement Lean Six-Sigma tool to improve the capability of our management processes followed by nice seafood and Lunar New Year "Lou Sheng". Excellent seafood and more importantly best company with laughters and jokes.

Congratulations to award winners for outstanding work performances and huge thanks to those who helped in making the event successful. It's also exciting to see the performance of Hercules drones and talents together with the Myanmar Refugee Youth choir to perform for us Myanmar traditional dances and Christmas songs.

HERCULES successfully completed the maintenance works on 16.95MN Hydraulic Dampers at Senai Desara single-stayed cable bridge in Johor, Malaysia. The Hydraulics Dampers which were incorporated as torsion couples and the hydraulic system control panels were designed, manufactured, tested, installed and commissioned by Hercules Engineering in year 2009.
