Our ingredients are rich with herbs and spices (over 16 of them) which are great for your health. Together these spices and herbs undergo a very long process of baking, blending and cooking to bring out the best flavours for your ULTIMATE curry enjoyment!

Did you know?
Loong Tan or Dragon grouper is a hybrid fish from the grouper family. Dragon grouper is one of the tastiest groupers in the market and highly prized in China. The flesh is tender and delicate. Its meat is high in protein but low in cholesterol and fats.

Preparing our lobsters:
We use an initial 2 stage marination process. Once the lobsters are halved and cleaned, it is sprinkled with salt, black pepper and smoked paprika. Then, we squeeze fresh lemon juice over the lobsters before filling it with our special home-made rendang paste.
