暹猪手 - 不只酱料特别，菜名也有巧思，味道更绝对能和“原装”德国咸猪手分庭抗礼。事先用多种香料熬煮到“入心入肺”的猪手，还要用旺火炸至金黄色，外皮酥脆得连装盘剪开来时，都会发出“咔嚓、咔嚓”的声音，可是内里的肉汁依旧丰富，软糯腴美，连皮带肉蘸着泰式酱料啃咬咀嚼，奇香无比。
