Sizes in online shopping, it's best to know your exact measurements for choosing a size. This is because they're not often labelled in our typical "32,34,36" units.

Use a measuring tape OR a piece of thread/wool and measure that against a ruler in cms.
When you measure your bust, go across the ni***es (whatever is the biggest part of your bust is).
Your waist should be the smallest part of your midriff (part between the chest and hips).
I measure my hips right across the middle of my butt (the widest part of it).

Each garment will come with it's own chart for you to choose from.

It will ALWAYS a juggle because of the inconsistencies at the factories. What is considered small in the US may feel large for us. Consider also, we're all created differently.
So if ever in SERIOUS DOUBT, order a size larger so you can have it tailored.
