Last month, we took a bold stand against unemploymentand low value jobs specifically amongst school dropouts.

This initiative will now be annual and certainly will only get better and better for the sake of our country and it's youth.

In the picture are some of the beneficiaries to the career boost program. They expressed great appreciation but we are not stoping at just training them for the on the job performance.

Most people complicate customer service with voices and fake personalities. Thats often because they doubt the genuine them is good enough. The truth is, you are already great at serving excellently and you are an amazing person to interact with.

You have experience of being human and making others feel comfortable just by existing. Now add a flavour of your knowledge and a pinch of technology. Your are ready to serve.

Remember, not too fast, you'll crush. Not too slow, you won't arrive. Medium speed will be perfect💃

Inclusivity means also equiping and encouraging those with physical challenges to be effective in participating in economic activities.

It was an honor for Lexious Consulting to impart entrepreneurship skills to this SME group. We focused on Leadership Skills, Business Plan Writing, Pitching, Financial Management and of course, Customer Service.
