.Nangula Nelulu Uaandja
Is a Chartered Accountant who is currently the Executive Chairperson and CEO of Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board (NIPDB).
There are many firsts in Nangula’s life – she was the first black female Namibian to qualify as a Chartered Accountant, and the first female and first black Namibian to occupy the position of PwC Managing Partner as well as that of President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Namibia. She served as a Country Senior Partner at PwC Namibia, PwC South Market Area Governing Board and a lead partner on audits of organizations across various sectors and industries. She has also overseen a number of consulting and forensic related engagements. Besides playing a role on the Accounting/Auditing Professional Bodies such as the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Public Accountants and Auditors Board in Namibia for 5 years and re-appointed for another 3 years term. She also served as a member of the Tax Court Appeal and was appointed as a member of the first Public Office Bearers’ Remuneration and Benefits Committee by the President of the Republic of Namibia from 2006 to 2009. She was named Namibia’s Businesswoman of the year in 2011. She was also named one of the 100 Most Influential African Women in 2022 by Avance Media. She has grown a burden concerning the triple challenges of unemployment, inequality, and poverty that are facing Namibia. These prompted her to pursue further studies (first the Master in Business Leadership and now Doctor in Business Leadership) to serve the Namibian nation. The same challenges made her to resign her position at PwC to take up her current position.

Ms Emilia Nghikembua
A Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia (CRAN). She is the first youngest female appointed CEO in the history of Namibia. She holds a number of degrees (such Baccalaureus Juris, Bachelor of Laws, Master of Law (Cum Laude) and Master of Arts in Information and Communication Technology Policy and Regulation).Her vast knowledge and experience in Law, ICT Policy, Regulation, Strategic Management and leadership, as well as Board Governance qualifies her to take lead in a such big demanding role.

Ms GWEN LISTER
She is an investigative journalist, publisher and press freedom activist. She founded The Namibian newspaper in 1985 at the height of colonial rule. The newspaper was constantly the target of right-wing attacks because it exposed apartheid atrocities and supported the struggle for independence. She was jailed twice and won several international awards for her work. She was named one of 50 World Press Freedom Heroes of the half-century by the International Press Institute (IPI) and received an international press freedom award from the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ). She is also a founder member of the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ). She currently heads the Namibia Media Trust which owns The Namibian, and promotes media freedom, access to information and journalism excellence. She is the Executive Director of The Free Press of Namibia (Pty) Ltd and Chairs the Trust - in terms of which the profits of The Namibian are plowed back into the promotion of free and independent press, excellence and training in journalism in the wider media community. She was a Nieman fellow at Harvard in 1996.

Dr. Fenny Fiindje Shidhika
The first Namibia Female Paediatric Cardiologist. She is currently The Head of Paediatric and Congenital Cardiology department at Windhoek Central Hospital, seniors lecture at the University of Namibia. She is also a founder and Trustee of Namibia Childrens Heart Trust. She has and still tendering as a board member in many organizations in Namibia and has been a fellow at several institutions abroad.

Prof. Anicia Peters
She is computer scientist specializing in Human Computer Interaction. She is currently a Pro Vice-Chancellor for Research, Innovation and Development at the University of Namibia and also the Chairperson of the Namibia Presidential Task Force on the Fourth Industrial Revolution. She serves as the ACM CHI 2023 Technical Program Co-chair (Hamburg, April 2023). She has now been appointed as CEO for National Commission on Research, Science and Technology, starting 1 March 2023.

Dr. Helena Ndume
A Namibian ophthalmologist internationally renowned for her humanitarian work. To date, she has performed sight-restoring surgeries upon 35,000 Namibians, completely free of charge. Through partnerships with Dikembe Mutombo Foundation (USA), Kids and Poor Eye International (Germany), SEE International (USA) and Vision without Frontier (Austria) Dr. Ndume organizes a minimum of 5 eye camps annually, which benefit an estimated 1,000 persons ranging in age from 4 years to 90+.
She is currently The Head of Opthalmology at Windhoek Central Hospital, have been named and ranked 33 among 100 Most Reputable Africans of 2023 by Reputation Poll International (RPI).
