Ingredients:

☀️2 tbsp (28 g) Protein Drink Mix
☀️3 capfuls Herbal Aloe Concentrate Drink Mango Flavoured
☀️1 ¾ cups lite coconut milk
☀️½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
☀️1 banana frozen
☀️2 cups mango frozen
☀️2 tbsp honey
☀️ ½ tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

Place ingredients in a blender.
Blend, starting on low speed and increasing to high, using the tamper to push the ingredients into the blades.
Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds, or until the ingredients are blended and the mixture is smooth but thick.
Serve immediately!

Today is Pancake Day, and there's only one way to celebrate! Yeap you guessed it, we're making Oatmeal pancakes today.

Ingredients:

🍴1 tbsp (6 g) Formula 3 Personalised Protein Powder
🍴2 scoops (26 g) Formula 1 Shake Mix Strawberry Delight Flavoured
🍴1/2 cup oats
🍴1 egg
🍴2 1/2 tbsp yoghurt
🍴1 tsp vanilla
🍴1 tbsp honey
🍴pinch of baking soda
🍴1 tsp coconut oil or butter
🍴1 handful of mixed berries

Instructions:

Grind the oats using a nut grinder or a food processor.
Mix the egg with the yoghurt, vanilla and honey in a small bowl.
Add the Formula 3 Powder and Formula 1 Shake Mix, oats and the baking soda.
Preheat a non-stick pan, you'll need low to medium temperature. Cover the surface with coconut oil or butter.
Using a big spoon or a ladle start making small pancakes, leaving some space in between, so that you can flip them easily when ready.
When the edges of the pancakes look done and bubbles come up it's time to flip the pancakes, carefully, but quickly. Cook on the other side as well.
Top with berries and serve immediately!

Happy Friday, friends! Make it a special one by starting your day with some delicious Sweet Potato Waffles.

Ingredients:

🧇2 tbsp (28 g) Protein Drink Mix
🧇140 g cherry truss tomatoes
🧇1 tsp olive oil
🧇1 tsp balsamic vinegar
🧇Sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
🧇1 medium sweet potato, grated
🧇4 large eggs, 3 eggs lightly whisked
🧇1 tsp white vinegar
🧇2 tbsp coconut flour
🧇½ tsp ground cumin
🧇½ spring onion, finely sliced
🧇oil spray
🧇½ avocado, sliced
🧇Small handful spinach leaves
🧇Olive oil, to serve.

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200 °C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the tomatoes on the lined baking tray and drizzle with the oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until tender.
Preheat the waffle iron on medium heat.
Place the Protein Drink Mix, sweet potato, whisked egg, coconut flour, cumin and spring onion in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper (if desired), and mix well to combine.
Spray the waffle iron with oil spray. Spoon half of the sweet potato mixture into the centre of the waffle iron and close the lid. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the waffle is golden brown. Repeat with the remaining half of the batter.
To poach the egg, fill a saucepan with water and add the vinegar. Bring to the boil over a medium-high heat before reducing heat to medium-low.
Break the egg into the water and cook for 2-3 minutes for a semi-soft yolk, or 3-4 minutes for a firm yolk. Remove the egg from the water using a slotted spoon and allow to drain on paper towel.
To serve, place the waffles on a serving plate and top with the poached egg and avocado. Serve with the tomatoes and spinach on the side. Drizzle over some olive oil, if desired. Enjoy!
